Went there the other day with two friends in our class break. I ordered a Strawberry Acai and my friend ordered a Bagel. 15 minutes later none of them were out, my friend went and asked and the girl said she forgot about both orders, so they gave her her bagel after that. While waiting, my other friend ordered a Zombie Frappuccino. Another 5-10 minutes passed and my Strawberry Acai was not done but my friend saw a little pinkish drink and asked me if that was mine and I just went to the pick up place to ask if it was mine because I had ordered a Trenta. They told me they had run out of Strawberry Acai and that if there was something else they could get me. I just asked for a refund as there was nothing I wanted to order and I was kind of pissed off because they waited 20 minutes to tell me they were out of Acai. Another 10 minutes passed for the Zombie Frappucino to come out. When I order a drink at starbucks usually they don’t take more than 5 minutes to be ready, so it was really annoying to wait for that long time. I was there around 10 a.m and I get that time is kind of busy, but the baristas focused mostly on the drive-thru people and left the people that were inside the store waiting. The only reason I’m leaving a 3 star rating is because one of the associates, which was not on his shift yet, overheard our conversation as he was sitting really close to us, and after a while he came and apologized for all the inconvenience and gave us a card for our next visit to any Starbucks, which was really nice from his part and I truly appreciate but they still had really bad customer service when...
Read moreTypically, I do not like to give bad reviews because it seems that's the only time people leave a review. However, I was a little bothered with the service provided today. I normally order a custom drink but today decided to order one of the holiday drinks. I asked how much caffeine is in this holiday drink so I could calculate if I needed to add more caffeine (expresso) to make it to my tolerance. Unfortunately, when I asked, the order taker said she doesn't know, and I can look it up in the app. Firstly, she assumes I have the app. Secondly, I'm the consumer who is buying a product, I believe it is supposed to be disclosed if asked. Instead, I was directed to look it up myself.. So, I just guessed that this drink may not have enough caffeine and added two additional shots. I don't know how to use the app to check, so I asked the person at the window to assist. Thankfully, she took the time to show me how, but it was too late to modify my drink, seeing that this drink has just about enough caffeine and the two extra shots are too much now. I asked for Sugar because I forgot to order it but no big deal is just sugar something you can pick it up and give to the costumer. So he came with a passive aggressive comment like hey!
