This was our first Voodoo Donut experience. Stopped by on a Wednesday around 9:45am. We were the only ones in the shop. Got a Voodoo Dozen, which is a chosen set of themed donuts, and then a Dirt Donut and a Go-Tart.l, for a total of $38 and some change. Everything looked tasty, but upon further inspection once home, I was greatly disappointed. We cut the donuts into quarters so everyone could get a bite. Here's what we discovered, the donuts with toppings like cookie pieces, cereal or coconut were all stale and took away from the tastiness of the actual donut. The donuts we enjoyed were the ones with glaze, icing, or just the plain, or the filled ones. The go-tart was the best having a delicious strawberry center and thick white icing, mimicking a poptart. Second place was Boston cream pie and 3rd went to the voodoo doll. Will not be visiting a second time because I felt the taste wasn't worth the money I spent.
