This is my third time trying to write this review out and the screen keeps refreshing, which is irritating me even more. I went to this location today around 7:30 PM to pick up a curbside order that I placed on their mobile app when I got to the store. I received the notification that said my sandwich was ready and that a worker would be out momentarily to bring me my food. I sat outside 10 minutes before deciding to get out because there were no workers inside of the window and my sandwich was not ready when I went into the store. I sat there for about five minutes. I yelled out hello a few times, even went on the side of the building and knocked on the employee door to try and gain assistance and to no avail that I get an answer from anyone There were additional customers that came in the store trying to place an order. They didn’t receive any assistance either so they ended up leaving. I decided to call 911 because I wanted to make sure that everything was OK at this location. The door was open. The open sign was on. I was able to walk into their facility with no issues yet, there are no workers Come to find out after being there for about 30 minutes. I my daughter ended up spotting a worker outside sitting in her car the worker did not speak any English so she came up, trying to talk to me, but didn’t speak any English. I did not have a sandwich. I did not have my money and there were no workers in the store to be able to help me at 8:13. Another car pulls up and it’s a manager from a different subway location. The manager comes in and apologizes to me and I asked her for my money back. I asked her what was going on. I’ve never experienced anything like this to any SUBWAY® ever in my life. She proceeded to say that the worker that was sitting outside watching me in the store the entire time she said that the lady was threatened by a previous customer and feared for her life so she decided to sit outside And just sit in her car now I would I’m having trouble understanding and if if you’re scared there should be some sort of protocol to at least put a sign on the door. Turn the lights off turn a sign off lock the front door possibly go out the back and wait in your car you’re afraid for your safety but no the door was left open. The open sign was on, and I sat in a store 30 minutes without my food without my money back or any kind of assistance from anyone I tried calling the store location for the phone to continue to just disconnect. It did not ring not one time once the manager got there she told me that I would receive a refund, but it would take a few days in order for me to get that back. I really feel like the protocols or procedures at this location. Should be changed if you’re going to have associates working at this location we should at least have someone there that is bilingual or speaks more than one language that’s most likely What caused an issue with previous customers. There’s no one there that speaks any kind of English now I apologize and I feel bad for this person being threatened, but this was a very terrible experience for me tonight. I also utilize points for an order that I never received. I didn’t even want them to make my food anymore at that point. I just wanted my money back. I wanted to write this review to share this with anyone else who may have experienced anything similar but Subway this is not acceptable. You all need to review your policies and make a change. I had a simple question about the 2 day expired Tuna I saw, as they made my sandwich and the girl helping me just blew it off. I attempted to clarify, hoping there was a logical explanation, but when i did the girl sat there and ignored me...trying to ask my son what he wanted on his sandwich. I didn't want to wig out because I eat there on a regular basis and respect other employees, who were present. So, I left - I stopped by today and spoke to a supposed manager, who gave me even more attitude for having an issue with the attitude I received yesterday. When I tried to get the owner's info, she wrote the word owner and the word Manish on a piece of paper ????huh - then gave me a number that has been disconnected and one I left a voicemail for a Sam, who's outgoing message says nothing in regards to Subway. Really poor service with a side of some more really poor service. I guess ill have to hit the other Subway that's nearly as close. I never leave bad reviews for a business, but you asked for it. Read moreI had the worst experience with my online order. I ordered 4 subs with Veggie patties. They did not have the patties and they did not call to let me know about this. When I went to pick up they told they don’t have my order ready, When I asked for refund the associate Jessica Vera told she cannot help me with it and I should come back another day to get my money back. When I raised a logical question that how would I know they will refund me next day and will not say that my order was fulfilled and they don’t owe anything to me. The associate said she does not care about my concern and hid in the back room assuming I will just go away.
I had to wait for 40 minutes to get my refund.
Absolutely poor customer service. I would give a negative star if possible. I will recommend Subway to fix their online order process to match inventory in the store and better customer service training to...
