This location is consistently closing at random and odd hours, as well as changing their store hours. These particular employees must be trainees for other locations, because they are beyond slow and never have good customer service. Theyâre nice when they want to sit and talk to you through the window instead of actually doing their jobs, however.
HERES THE BIG COMPLAINT: Drive-thru wait times are ALWAYS between 15-30 minutes. Always. Even if there is only 2 cars in front of you in line (I type this sitting behind 2 cars for 20 minutes and the car the just left only got one drink). This is the location nearest to where we live, so we try to give them a chance often enough but itâs ALWAYS the same story. Usually we go out of our way to go to other locations, and we hardly ever have to wait for slow and poor service.
I would rate this location lower than 1star if I could. Whoever runs this location needs to be fired and/or replaced, this is an absolute embarrassment to the franchise. Having lived in Seattle and here in Houston, this is the ONLY location we have ever experienced these issues at.

   Read moreI wish there was a star less than one, I will NEVER return to this location and after my experience it was hard for me to go to another Starbucks. I fully understand the extremely low rating on yelp. I came through the drive thru, ordered 2 drinks and a pastry. The young lady at the window attempted to cluster all 3 items together (no cup holder) and hand to me (mind you Iâm in a sedan) meaning sheâs tilting them to give to me. She spilled coffee all over me, the inside and outside of my car. I was in disbelief, all she did was ordered me another pastry (because the initial hit the ground) wiped off my drink, then handed them back to me this time one at a time. She murmured an apology as I was pulling off outraged. I called the manager and explained what happened which I'm sure she was already aware only to be told that the young lady was "new and overwhelmed" I explained that I wish that was the only emotion I had since I had to go into work with coffee all over my clothes. No one offered any compensation not even a refund on my coffee that I was wearing. Had the manager handled this appropriately I wouldn't be writing this review and reaching out to corporate to submit a formal complaint. This is unacceptable and thank God my coffee wasn't hot!!!! OMG!! This store is soo slow!! Unless you go through the drive thru. I have went in and waited 45 minutes for a simple caramel frap. 3 others in the store. Okay, lesson learned. So on my next visit, I placed my order via the app before I left the house, it said 7-9 minutes. I showed up less than 5 minutes later expecting a 5 minute wait. The store was virtually empty, it was after 8pm on a weeknight. I literally waited 27 minutes for my drink!! 27 minutes in an empty store when I preorder the drink and was told a 7-9 wait time! Whatâs the point of ordering on the app if youâre still going to lollygag? They have no respect for other peopleâs time! Furthermore, my âicedâ caramel macchiato was hot!! đ That should have been my last visit but itâs like right there so I attempted to go after leaving Kroger, why I did not go to the one inside Kroger is beyond me. Anyways, I pull up and the drive through is closed! And the store was packed. Who knows how long that wait would have been. Will not be back, and if you value your time, donât even bother. Either go to the one in Kroger or drive the couple of minutes to the one off...
