Wendy's — Restaurant in Texas

I'm hoping it was just an "off day" for this location when I visited. I went through the drive thru and the girl, three times, would start to take my order, and then stop me and come back several seconds later and we'd have to start over from the beginning. Then to complicate matters, when we got to the part of ordering drinks, they had NO regular drinks, only diet drinks or unsweetened tea. I specifically asked her if they had any sweetened drinks and she said no. I also ordered some bacon pub fries, but they were out of those as well, and only had limited dipping sauce for our nuggets. Once I got to the window, I could see that they had lemonade, so I asked if it was unsweetened, and of course it wasn't, so I asked if I could have lemonade instead. She gave me the lemonade but told me that next time there would be an upcharge, so I reminded her that maybe next time they will have regular drinks and we can avoid the issue in the first place. It seems to me that this brand new location is already struggling with management, which is sad, because I like Wendy's and it's a welcome addition to the area and different than the same ol places we have available. I hope they right the ship...

I pulled up to the drive through speaker, and a Hispanic lady (receipt says Annel) says "Yes?" in an angry tone. I ordered the krabby patty meal, large fries and small frosty, with an additional medium Dr. Pepper as well as ketchup and ranch. After waiting about 5 minutes, I get to the window where I pay and am handed a tiny frosty with the lid not all the way on. I push the lid down and the lady watches it drip all over my legs. She says have a good night and closes the window. There are 2 napkins in the bag. Are you seeious?!? I wait there until they reopen the window because she forgot the drink and the sauce. I tell her this and she starts arguing with me that the meal comes with a frosty. I am aware of this which is why I specifically asked for an extra drink, whatever I guess. Then she has an attitude with me the whole time. I have to ask for the ranch 4 times. This lady seriously needs to be fired. The food was perfectly fine, no issues whatsoever. But the frosty wasn't blended properly so the first sip was all pineapple syrup. I will only return to this location when I recieve email confirmation that she...

I normally don’t post reviews but I went thru the drive thru today and first of all, the girl already with an attitude and very dry. I asked for 3 different sauces, get to the window, they only gave me one. She turned around and I waited there a couple minutes before being able to get someone’s attention. And asked for other 2 sauces , the guy (kinder) gives them to me and tells her she forgot the sauces her response was “I didn’t bag that..”. Like .. you can still check the bag. Whatever , I drive off and once I get to my destination I realize I’m missing an item. So I call back and the lady that picked up said I can go back in to get it or get refunded. So I return later on that day… I asked for her (she gave me her name) and one girl calls her over. She’s in the dining area on the phone… walks over.. stays on the phone .. finishes her conversion and then helps me. She was alot nicer, appreciated the refund but really? Personal call at work? While you have a customer there at the counter waiting for you? Kind of...
