Update: After a year of visiting and my order ALWAYS being wrong (even as often as I visited-at least once a week-you would think maybe they would take extra care) I will no longer visit Zaxby’s and it absolutely breaks my heart!! Each and EVERY time something was missing! I’ve called (still waiting for the district manager to call me back), I’ve spoken to management on site, the employees… what else can I do?? Do you not have simple SOP’s? What about quality check? So sad… a full year of wrong salads is enough, I think I’ve given you more opportunities than any other restaurant, only because I do love your salads, I’m done! Shame on you!
I absolutely LOVE Zaxby’s fried cobb salad!! Having one right down the street now is going to be dangerous!
A little consistency with the food would be appreciated though. No two salads are ever the same. From the way they cut their tomatoes to the to the amount of salad base you receive but at least you know they are fresh!! There always seems to be ingredients missing though and when you ask and pay for extra but get none is frustrating. The service could also use a little improvement, they always seem to be in a rush, even when there’s no one else in line. Hard to place your order when constantly being cut off, let people place their order and then ask if they would like anything else.
Speaking from a business perspective, you are leaving money on the table with Door Dash. You have the option to remove ingredients but no option to add. Up sell at every opportunity!

Read moreAt all honesty I can’t even give this one star. My family came in and we ordered three items. My mother-in-law ordered her meal right behind us. A couple was behind us ordered their food to go. Along with my family there was only six people inside the restaurant. First of all as you walked into the restaurant there was an odor to the restaurant. It smelled like backed up sewage. The floor was also sticky. My order was completed at 8:03 PM. At 8:20 my mother-in-law went up to the counter to find out what was going on with our order. Her food was given to her and when she got back to the table all of her food was lukewarm. She took her order back up and they told her that they would make her a fresh batch. All the while I have yet to receive my order. My mother-in-law received her fresh meal about the time that the couple behind us received their food. At this point in time we have been here for 30 minutes waiting on our food. Read moreTo start, individual taking my order seemed quite short and irritated she had to be at work to begin with. Was polite throughout interaction. Asked for 40 wings, 2 baskets of fries, and 2 orders of toast. Received what looked like 2 kids orders of fries that wasn't even a 1/4 of the way filled, and 2 pieces of toast. Not only that as the order was brought out the individual carrying the order was holding the bag by the handles. Sounds fine? Mind you the containers of wings were turned sideways as the sauce leaked from the containers into the bag. Not to mention the bag barely held the contents of the order. Least you could have done was added the Zaxby's sauce liked I courteously asked for. Not sure if they were just high or didn't gaf. If these businesses are going to continue remaining closed to public entry and doing drive through/delivery orders, at least get your employees to do their job correctly.
