KFC — Restaurant in The Colony

If I could give this location a 0 rate I would, tonight my husband and I came to this location, we went inside, and I told my husband to order some food for us while I used the restroom. I came out of the restroom and my husband just stood at the front counter nobody even tried to help him. So, My husband and I tried to wait and wait if anybody wanted to ask us what we would like to order but no one came to the register and help us. Oh, by the way, these KFC employees are just right there looking at us walking around trying to be busy but the thing is no customers inside but us, and no customers at the drive-thru either. There were 5 employees inside but no one could even tell us “Will be right there” We felt like we were invisible to them so we left because we waited for a little longer just standing there. This location has very bad customer service. Bad employees who don't want to help customers. I had the worst experience with the staff today. I placed an online order for pick up and when I got to the restaurant, they took an hour to give me my food! The female cashier started arguing with one of the cooks and was being super disrespectful and cussing at him for not wanting to take her cashier spot. I asked her to check for my pick up order since I had a notification that it was ready and she disregarded me and kept cussing loudly and arguing with the one of the cooks. She then grabbed her personal belongings and left. I waiting for another staff member to help me and also mentioned my food wasn’t ready and continued to serve other people. I was standing in line for over 20 minutes to see that my food was ready but was never placed in a to go box. 9/8/25 12:05 PM - drive thru. Pulled up right after another vehicle and was met with 2 minutes of silence but I'm in a relatively good mood. I had an awkward exchange putting in my order for 3 piece big box combo. I pull around and continue to wait behind the vehicle I originally met up with. About another 10 minutes go by, and the gentleman opens the window to tell me they are out of extra crispy breasts and only have original thighs. I politely declined and left. It was 12:15PM sir.

No cars in the parking lot and I'm the only person in drive-thru. How do you not have any of your signature chicken that KFC is known for and makes in relatively sized batches in pressure cookers?
