Wow it was that aweful! The manager yelled at me telling me that the previous dq I went to gave me illegal coupons because they were photo copied. I mentioned that they we're stamped on the back, but the manager was so pissed at the other dq she told me to get a hold of them and tell them to stop doing that. I told her it wasn't my fault and asked if they could take them this time (since the blizzards were already made and the kids knew they were theirs). She rudely and loudly replied that it wasn't her fault either and that that Dairy Queen does illegal things and she turns away their customers with those coupons. The coupon states that it should be taken at other DQs. Out of respect, I won't mention the name of the town she kept yelling about, but customers shouldn't be put in the middle of it nor should be treated disrespectfully. While preparing my food, it is completely unexceptable to run your fingers repeatedly through your hair from the from to the back while holding my food directly under your face. This is a huge turn off. One would think common sense would tell you to never touch yourself while working with food. This includes hair placement, scratching face, neck and arms. And a huge one I see everywhere I go, playing with your phone in-between orders. It baffles me how some places use hair nets and gloves and others do not. Read moreI have never had such horrible customer service. I ordered my blizzard and was given the wrong one so I asked for the right one. After some confusion the manager proceeded to yell out the window at me & my mom (multiple times). My mom tried to give the blizzard which was given back and she was really rude in explaining that they can’t take them back. After finally getting our food and pulling around the store to eat our food we the. Realized we never got our sauces that we paid for, one of our drinks, & our cheese curds.
