Starbucks — Restaurant in The Dalles

Ridiculously lazy staff member! I tried ordering a drink at 6:42pm (they close at 7pm) and she tried telling me the blender was broken. I knew she was lying and probably just didn't want to do her job (she was leaning on the counter so hard she was pretty much laying down on it) so I just said nevermind, chose not to order a drink at all and started to walk away. My boyfriend didn't accept that answer and asked her if it was really broken or if she just didn't want to make the drink because they were going to close soon and she admitted that she lied. Overpriced burnt coffee. Prefer Dutch brothers for when I need a hot one. This location was fairly dirty and masks were down below the nose. Doesnt make me feel very comfortable. I actually walked away after standing in line for 8 minutes. I would prefer my food settings to be safe in this time of covid. I have had coffee from this location before and was never really impressed. This location really didn't have a good menu available. When I asked the male clerk he told me Starbucks has over 250 menu products and it would be impossible to list them all. He was not knowledgeable or maybe helpful about the hot flavored coffees, I had to look it up on a website. This by far was my worst experience at any Starbucks.
