I really wish I could give this place zero stars because they truly deserve a zero star rating. This was the worst fast food restaurant experience I have had and it was only for two blizzards. My wife and I came here around 7:30 tonight and ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and a thin mint blizzard. We waited 30 minutes for two mini blizzards to be made. I wasn't the only one waiting... this "A team" of employees working tonight had a good amount of people waiting for very simple orders. The gentlemen next to me was waiting 15+ minutes for two small blizzards. The gentlemen next to me and myself sat there a watched this very attentive group of employees have more fun playing around with each other rather than working and getting peoples orders ready. I had the same employee who by the way didn't have a name on his name tag ask me over and over again what I was waiting on and would look at my receipt like if he didn't know what language it was written in. Finally an employee who had the most common sense out of this well oiled machine of a team made my order after 30 minutes of being at this well managed establishment. I would avoid this Dairy Queen at all cost unless you like waiting longer than usual. I highly doubt that the restaurant manager will even read this review, but if you are I just want you to know you literally have some of the worst employees who don't start working until people start complaining. You should probably be more involved in the restaurant and maybe hire people that actually want to work instead of a bunch of high schoolers who could care less about working on a...
Read moreMy husband called to ask when their dining room closed. A guy told him 10 pm. We wanted to bring the kiddos. We got there around 8:45 and a girl said their dining room was closed. My husband said he had called and spoke to a guy. She told him he did not. She was the only one to answer the phone. When he showed her his phone, she said someone else must have answered the phone. He asked to speak to a manager. She said she was but wouldn't give her name for security purposes. This place is run by kids. I have only seen an adult there one time. We have eaten there not once but twice where we placed an order, sat down to wait, and after 15 minutes or more, gone to the counter only to find out they forgot to make our order. And there is always a couple of workers talking to friends or goofing off. This was the final straw. This girl was rude and gave no explanation. We had 3 kids with us that were excited to have ice cream. She acted like we were bothering her even though we were there when the dining room was supposed to be open and pretty much called my...
Read moreWent to this Dairy Queen after going to a friend's house. Placed an order through the drive thru pulled up to the window payed and watch some kid throw my burger into the microwave and bagged it. I looked over to my wife and said that can't be ours. Sure enough it was I asked the kid at the window why was it heated up in the microwave he said they are supposed to but I could ask the manager but it was there policy. I was really close to just cancel my order but I had another vehicle and didn't want to stop them from getting this sloppy food and probably wait 10 days for them to place it back on my card. I didn't finish I couldn't get passed the fact that they lettuce was wilted and the tomato was hot and soggy from being heated up. My wife chicken tenders were cold and like they were not fresh and fries also cold. Before they respond with please call me so I can make it right better yet tell the people who read this review tell them how it is true that the burgers do get microwave. I expected fresh from dairy queen but...
