I have visited this location for many time and never had any problems I'm a Starbucks rewards holder and enjoy the product to the fullest but after my experience this morning with a manager by the name of Ashley whom displayed poor customer service and but a very bad taste in my mouth for this location I placed a pick up order from my app and when I got there over 10 minutes later it wasn't ready we wasn't greeted at the door when asked where is my order I was told they haven't started on it now I'm on my way to work it's 5:15 am the place is empty why are my drinks not ready in the time the app say it would be then I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait longer and Ashley gave me a gift card of half of my money so of course this was unacceptable I demanded a FULL REFUND then she asked me what was my problem when I asked her what her name was so on that note I will drive a few extra miles past this location for a better display of customer service and...
Read morei've been coming here for a while and never had a problem but recently, huge disappointment. i am pretty big in the rewards program... so when i noticed for over 2 weeks i wasn't receiving points, i brought it to their attention and nothing was done about it, they simply didn't know they said and when i asked again was told that they system had just changed.... i live very close to this starbucks, and decided to give them another go because i didn't want to keep driving to other locations. my points still stand the same, and the gentleman with the loger hair that was working the window handed me 1 out of the 2 breakfast sandwiches i ordered, told me he would be right back. came back, asked me what he gave me (assuming it was the wrong sandwich) i told him it was correct. he handed me my 2 coffees and told me to have a nice day. i drove away, with the 2 coffees and 1 out ohe 2 sandwiches. i think i am done with starbucks. i've spent...

My wife asked what was wrong and he was very rude and replied WE HAVE FAMILIES TOO!!! He didn't say well we are closing or anything, so she asked well you should put a sign up and there is a sign up after the drive thru not before you go into the drive thru, so they let all these cars come in and waste there time just to be turned away. A simple sign at the beginning of the drive thru would be sufficient since the entrance is about 200 feet on the other end of the plaza!!! We will never go there again.
