We were looking for gluten free and healthy options and this place fit the bill very well. We had a flatbread with pesto, spinach, cheese, and artichokes that was delicious and gluten free. The crust was crispy and had good flavor which is hard to do with gluten free crust. It had the right amount of salt, fat and acidity. I was a bit hungover from courting Elyse at Apprentice Brewery in Cheyenne. So when I woke up at 4am, my bell was rung and my journey ahead was long.
