So we walk in, and no one greets us. Walk to the counter to find out if we order at the counter or table. She said at the counter. We ordered and went to sit down and noticed that the table was not clean. So we looked at a few tables and they were all dirty. I asked if someone could clean a table. After waiting seven minutes with no other customer to be help, a person came out to clean a table for us. Just the one table and none of the other table. We got our food, and we sat down to eat. I recently visited Osaka Hibachi & Sushi and had an extremely disappointing experience. To start, the shrimp was tough and overcooked, and the rice had a burnt taste that made it almost inedible. To top it off, I found pieces of chicken in my plate, which was completely unexpected and unappetizing.

When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were more concerned with the fact that I had eaten some of the food than with the poor quality itself. How else am I supposed to know if the food is bad if I don’t taste it? Their rude and dismissive attitude only made the situation worse.

Heads up - take out only! I was looking forward to sitting and eating but we were staying across the street so I didn't mind takeout as much. The food was great. We ordered 5 or 6 of the sushi dishes and 3 different hibachi dishes. Spent about $100. All the food was great. Sauce and utensils were in the bag already. We went on a Wednesday and it was packed.
