I love Jimmy John's! I have been a customer for over 20 years served at many different locations. I have had slow experiences at the Thomasville location but understand due to staff shortages but never rudeness. Tonight was the icing on the cake for me at this location. I was the only person who was in the store to order my food. I was told I needed to wait until they finished with the drive-thru orders. Which is understandable as long as they are in line before I was. However I proceeded to watch cars drive up who came after I walked in the store to get their orders taken and their food made. I came in at 7:35 PM didn't get my order taken until 7:44 PM (while I still had to wait for staff to actually begin making my sandwichs until the drive-thru was cleared). I received my food at 7:50 PM. I was still the only customer in the store. I asked for a bag to put my sandwiches and was told where the bags were. However I was also told that "in store orders are self-serve". I actually wish it was self-serve because I would have gotten my food way faster if I made it myself with less attitude. I'm really disappointed about my experience this evening especially since I frequent this store often and over 4 years.    Read moreComing to this Jimmy Johns was the worst customer service I ever experienced from all Jimmy Johns I've been to in all of South Georgia and North Florida locations. Doors were locked early at 8:20pm, employees completely ignored me, and they wanted to stay on their phones and not do their job at all. Placed an online order for pickup to be paid in cash yet I just left completely after the slick way they try to talk to me in the drive thru, wouldnt get off their phones in the drive thru window, and techically them doors don't lock down ever that early. Even when I used to work there, we were NOT allowed to lock them doors like that EVER or I would of gotten in trouble for that type of stuff. Don't come to this location at all if you want employees that don't do their job with a lack of customer service that keeps driving multiple customers away that I have seen first hand MULTPILE times and no body gonna fix that issue so imma say it like it is. Yall can do better than that yet even after about 2 years of no longer working there, yall obviously choose not to and it's going to continue to ruin the image of Jimmy Johns in Tville that has been negative for a few years now via word of mouth around townđ¤ˇââď¸. Just go next door and get a pub sub at publix if you want quality customer service...

This explanation left me feeling frustrated and confused, as I had planned my visit specifically around this promotion. Itâs disappointing when a company doesnât stand by its advertised deals, and this experience has made me question my loyalty to the brand.
