Wings N' Wine — Restaurant in Thompsons

This relatively new establishment is located at a new site. The restaurant is clean and spacious with outdoor and indoor seatings.

I had the 6 wings, half battered and half naked, and I chose the mango habanero sauce. I also ordered the truffle fries for my side. My food was piping hot when it was brought to me. The wings were super good. They were still juicy inside, and the mango habanero sauce was spicily delicious! The truffle fries were super yummy! The truffle was so fragrant. I highly recommend it.

The food took a while to come because they made it fresh. While I was waiting, I told the staff whom is the assistant manager, that I would like to try some wine. I gave her my ID which in exchange, she gave me a store card which I used it to slot into the wine machines (there are 4 machines with 4 different red and white wines options). I selected the wine I wanted, and the amount I wanted. You could have a taste or half a glass or full glass of wine. The prices were shown on the screen, and the details of the wine were displayed too. I tasted 4 different wines. I wouldn’t think of pairing wings with wine but they did go together! When I was done drinking, I paid for what I drank (amount stored in the card), and got my ID back.

Had to revise my review. Wings N Wine deserves 5 stars because their food is consistently consistent!! Fresh, huge juicy wings and the catfish is bar none. Not to mention the personable and professional service. Can’t go wrong here. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Service is awesome and owner is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Discussed various wine offerings, imported and local. LOVE their wine dispensary and options for a taste, half glass or full glass. Ordered teriyaki and buffalo wings to go. Havent tried the food yet, but will update once i do. They really need to consider offering pick up orders by phone. Tried to save time and call in an order for my wife to pick up on her way home. Took me 15min to navigate website and make order (also had a special going on today which wasnt online, so i had to call them again just to see how to make that order online), my wife arrived right as i was finishing the order. Sometimes having to order online is very inconvenient for the customer, especially if your heading somewhere in your vehicle.
