Dunkin' — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Weekday mornings this location is great; my order is always right and I never have to wait. Today and 2 weeks ago, not so much and quite the opposite.

I ordered in the drive through, paid, had to ask for my receipt, and was asked to pull up and they would bring out my order. When I reviewed my receipt, I asked for no cream and on the receipt it said add cream. I went in the store to let them know but they made it with cream so they remade it and then did not get me my food. When I told her I had ordered food too, she gave me the wrong order... I did not notice until I had been on the highway for 5-10 minutes. Instead of the 2 sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps, and everything mini bagels, she gave me the bag with bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with hashbrowns... I could not contact the store bc I was driving. I was upset because I know there's a deal for that meal with coffee for $6 and I paid $13 for my order ... Today and the last time i went here 2 weeks ago there were issues with my order and it took over 10 minutes for my drive through order to be done both times. I will no longer go to Dunkin on the weekends or afternoons.

I order from here the first time a month or so ago and they are playing. I order from here today and they are in here playing. I order from a Dunkin’ Donuts somewhere at Least once a week and I usually always am with the same person and order the same thing every time. This is the first time I ordered this with specific instructions and it tasted horrible. It has never tasted like this before and was so milky and icy with absolutely No sweetness. When I walk in because I pulled around the drive through the girl with the braids checked the window as if to threaten the people pulling around. We were waiting behind another car at the window and after realizing how many of them there were we decided to go in to watch them remake it or refund me. I come in and I see one girl turn around and run in back with braids to ignore me and another girl taking an order. When the girl finished taking the order she turned to me and the other girl ran up with her as well laughing and smiling in my face as my friend who I was with also was upset about. I don’t see any reason for there to be five staff members in the store standing and sitting around giggling about messing up a customers order at one time. 1.8.2019 around 3:15 I live in Lansing and this is LITERALLY the worst Dunkin in my area. I am an avid Dunkin go-er. I usually AVOID this one because of terrible service and quality, but seeing as I needed to get on the Express way I went out of convenience.

Upon pulling up to the drive thru I was asked to repeat my order. Which us understandable, one time. Then pulling up to the window they didnt have the right order. So I reordered, twice at the window. Then when they do finally get it right it was higher price than I expected to pay. I was always under the impression, from 3-6 was happy hour, dollar coffees any size? Well I did not receive that...

I ordered two ham n cheese roll ups which I was told to pull up and wait for the second order...which is understandable if they arent ready, when they messed up the order process and made me order again at the window. When they brought the second order out, there was only ONE roll up when they come in orders of two.

When I finally tasted my coffee it was burnt and literally so disgusting I threw it out.

The only positive is the girl at the window was super nice but I will absolutely NEVER go back. I've...
