We order from here a lot. This is is the first time we have had a really bad experience. We ordered 3 pizzas. 2 were burned. All of them most of the toppings were dropped in one spot on the pizza. There was very little sauce on all of the pizzas. The website offered 49% off all pizzas for curbside delivery between 4 and 9 PM and the website didn't honor it. We weren't going to say anything but due to the pizzas being made poorly we wanted to call the store. My husband called and this bad experience continued. The woman offered a credit for the pizzas but told us their franchise doesn't support the 49% off deal. The woman who answered refused to give her name, refused to provide the managers name or when we could contact them. My husband asked to speak with a shift lead and at first she refused to let us or even give their name. Eventually we talked with Lisa, shift lead, who said it is protocol to not provide that information. We advised that most businesses will provide a managers first name and the time to reach them. She refused and offered to make our order again. We decided against this as we felt the crew working tonight were acting sketchy. She finally stated the manager would be in tomorrow, and when asked for a time, she stated 'we open at 9.' We asked again for a name and got Jeremy. Thought we would try the Domino's New York style. Ordered through the app pepperoni, black olives, bacon, onions , extra cheese. App show delivery time 32 minutes. After an hour and a half I tried calling the store. Had someone answer to tell me we can't take any more orders. Thanks for calling hold. Please. No chance to talk to anyone. Finally close to 2 hours. Got someone on the phone. Was told it should be 15 more minutes. Got the pizza and about 2 and 1/2 hours pizza had sausage. Canadian bacon. No cheese. It looked like maybe regular bacon. Other than that, the pizza was totally wrong. When I called the establishment I heard the manager Michael in the background say I don't have time to deal with her. Tell her to come in tomorrow. Went into the establishment the next day. No management on site. Was given Megan's phone number. Who is? I'm not sure. A district manager maybe?? Left her a detailed voice message, she called me back several hours later. Told me yes this was all and called for. They could totally refund my money but she was so busy at another location. Well… here’s an update-

My car is in the shop so on my way home from work I had my Uber driver stop by dominos to pick up dinner. Girl at the counter either didn't care about her job or she was in a contest with her other co workers to be the rudest person in store.
Got home, to find this... an inedible burnt to a crisp pizza. I immediately called the store to see if I could get a replacement and the girl who answered the phone had such a severe attitude that resulted in her stating" well there's nothing I can do, thank you for calling dominos" and she hung up.
I called another dominos to see what my options were and the sweet manager instructed me to call back the location and speak with the manager
I called on a different line, incase they had called ID and I asked for the manager. The same girl who answered before said "yea" and I said ok may I have your name which she replied "no, I can't give out that information." And I said if you're the manager, I'm not able to have your name? And she replied "well there could be more then one manager on" and I said yea but there's not. She hung up.
I cannot believe in this economy customer service like this exists. All I wanted was a pizza for the fam tonight.
