I usually order here regularly… but I wasn’t feeling well (like driving there). It’s frustrating that there are a lot of options lacking in the DoorDash app. Such as extra of the same meat or extra onions, or oil on the side (so my son and I can share a sandwich without the bread being melted and gross the next day)… anyway. I called to ask if I paid for a DoorDash could I please pay for the other items/customization over the phone it literally would have been super easy. To take my card number over the phone and buy some turkey and onions, as a separate order and just out it in the bag…. But the guy was literally like repeatedly telling me there is no way to do that…. It’s like obviously if you wanted to do it you could. So I’m just eating somewhere else. I bet if it was your order or your mom’s it would have been easy to do. Ridiculous how careless people are- I don’t get it. It’s not like I was asking for something complicated or to go out of their way. I don’t want to pay a bunch of money for a sandwich with one thin strip of meat on it and a pile of bread- I would have happily paid extra to have my order how I would like it. Now if he didn’t know how to manually put a card in he could have asked someone who did. I am disappointed because I liked this location. Vs the other location they won’t even customize your order. At the other location the guy at the counter literally yelled at me because he couldn’t add extra onions to my sandwich. For fuck sake how hard is it to put onions on a sandwich?! Ughhh anyway… I just decided to get spice of India lamb tikka masala instead. It will last a few days anyway. I’m not totally dissing this place because the people are usually nice- this just seemed so lazy and unhelpful. I’m tired of people being like this.
UPDATE: After reading the reviews- I noticed a lot of people are having the same issue as what initially set off the whole thing for me. They are not putting enough meat on the sandwiches- doesn’t it feel like a crime to give people two strips of thing meat on a huge expensive pile of bread? Put more meat on the sandwiches. Read morePlaced a pick up order at 11:59. I figured they might be ready at 12:15. My husband was starting to talk about how slow they are. I said look we ordered 3 sandwiches and fresh bread, with a pickle. They are getting slammed maybe the crew is new.
The rush is over, they never called our name for the order. Our food was ready on the pick up rack behind the counter. Until I asked at 12:30 the guy with longer than shoulder length hair says that's your order and points to it. If you don't care if a customer has flip flops and is crossing behind where employees should only be (safety issue when there is a step) and messy longer than shoulder length hair(food quality issue) that doesn't need to be in a hair tie? I wonder what other things this store doesn't care about.
I had to double check my order just to find out the bread was missing, wait, and ask for my missing food. They have two employees just talking while three are working. Labor isn't being looked at closely.
Update* Finally got home ate the sandwiches and have been sick since. I wish I would have read the reviews. Just stay away from this place. Not worth getting sick from.
Finally received a notification that my food was ready at 1:00pm. They don't use the tools they have and shows lack of organization. Expiration dates, and first in first out most likely doesn't matter which means temps of food doesn't matter either.

Read moreBeware of this Jimmy John's. I have been double charged for my order more than once. I went into Jimmy John's on Monday and ordered two sandwiches. When I paid for my order, the reader said approved but their employees computer did not show approved. The Jimmy John's employee told me that the machine was not working and he would have to ring me up on another computer. I explained that the reader said approved and I did not want to swipe my card again. The "GM" told me that the order did not go through and that they would have to ring me up on another computer. I asked him why the machine would say approved if it was not approved. He told me his computer would print a receipt if it had been approved. I told him that I did not want to swipe my card again because this has happened before. The GM told me to come in if I noticed that the order posted twice to my bank account. Tonight I stopped by to show them the order had gone through twice and get my money back. The "GM," come to find out the owner, said that I would have to contact my bank to get the money back. This is totally unprofessional and I will not be going back there. I would highly suggest double checking your bank account if you have had to swipe your card more than once at that...
