Have come here a few times, and my drink is never made correctly. I was a barista at sbux for the last 5 years and I understand drinks get messed up, but its tiresome to always pay for something you dont want. Really wish this location had a better customer connection because the baristas seem friendly. I often get the window shut on me without any attempt to chat or connect, which was a huge part of working here. You feel a huge disconnect when the baristas are only focusing on drive times. This most recent visit my family visited from Korea and we came here for drinks in drive. I ordered my drink and told them i just wanted a very small amount of whip and light ice on my Mocha Cookie Crumble. I got less than halfway through and the literal entire rest of my drink was whipped cream, as well as the whipped cream they put on top. Its frustrating when you are paying 6 or 7$ for a drink to only have a few sips of it. I hope things change, but most likely wont. Read moreThis store is a nightmare. The drive thru lines are always insanely long and the only people that are nice in my experience are the employees at the window. The other day I was at the window and just as I was waiting for my drink I saw this female employee with long dark hair get yelled at by someone else, presumably her manager after she dropped something. She yelled at her and told her something along the lines of “you have to watch what you’re doing stop doing things like that!” And the poor girl looked broken up afterwards like she wanted to cry. I asked the employee who handed me my drinks what the name of the mean lady who yelled at that poor girl was and I was told it was Anika. They all seemed embarrassed and afraid and honestly I feel bad for these employees if this Anika person is their manager. The employees seem overworked and worn out. On top of it this store consistently gets my drinks wrong, it happened again this evening. I will not be returning to this Starbucks anymore. Read moreI never drink Coffee at night... After a extra long day at work I decided nothing would be better at the time but a nice toasty peppermint mocha to help out the long drive home. I pulled up and promptly ordered, I pulled around, a single vehicle ahead was just receiving their coffee and drove off. I pulled up to the window and sat... FOR FIVE MINUTES. There was no one in sight. I waited, and waited some more. I could see my coffee on the counter. I about pulled off but that is out of my normal patient character. FINIALLY someone brought me my coffee, handed it to me and told me no charge. I asked if she was sure...? At that point she told me they had a lot going on and to have a good night. While I normally would have been happy that I got a free coffee, apparently free coffee equals lukewarm coffee that wasn't brought to temp from the get go and also sat extensively before being delivered. It was disgusting! I couldn't even choke it down, so instead of enjoying my ride I figured a review would be a better idea. C'mon Starbucks, aren't you supposed to be the breed standard?...
