The level of customer service is terrible. The owner treated me rather rudely. We were waiting for our purchased bread to come out of the oven. So I thought I would go to the bathroom while I waited. The owner told me in a terribly unpleasant and embarrassing way that the bathroom was just for customers. I was ashamed and felt terrible. He scolded me for using the restroom in front of all the other customers. The fact that the restrooms are reserved for customers only is not indicated by any sign out front. He made no attempt to find out if I was a paying customer. He has to work on his interpersonal skills. He can lose business as a result of this kind of treatment. Read moreI came here looking for some Mexican donuts that I had been craving. I bought about a dozen Mexican donuts that looked and smelled very delicious.
Once I got home I found two donuts with mold on the bottom and most donuts were stale or very hard indicating they were very old and kn that shelf for a very long time.
I will never purchase here again as it is clear to me that this business is not complying with sanitation laws and policies that apply to the food industry.
