This place deserves Zero star. To begin with the employees are so rude especially Anthony who doesn't even know how to talk to women extremely rude guy. I bought 2 sets of couches for my house and my mother in law bought one set of couch not even 9 months ago the cushions are already bad its not even a year never happened to us before any where else. When i bought this to Anthony's attention he was extremely unprofessional did not care about customer's concern on top of that extremely rude and said unfortunately wear and tear happens. He told me to bring all the couches to the store for inspection even though i told him i am pregnant i can't carry he dint seem to care at all and argued with me very unprofessionally.
Update: Paul thank you so much for taking time and replying to the review with all the lies in the world. First of all you said I used " abusive, Libelous" language towards Anthony. Were you there when I was talking to him on the phone?? Or did you look at our email conversations ?? or u were just told by Anthony that i used so and so language. As a customer I have every right to review my honest opinion based on my experience with your store.
You said you care deeply about your clients. I do not think so. you don't even care to find out what exactly happened, how your employee was rude to a 9 month pregnant woman. Either u completely believed his stories or u are making up the stories. You are just angry that you got a negative review for your 20 YEAR FAMILY OWNED store so you are totally flipping on me with your fancy English words and lies and trying to tell future customers that my review is fake and I am a mean person for writing a review. I never gave negative reviews to any business always 5 stars this is my first time taking time and writing this review so that future customers know what they are getting in to.
You said " Do we mess up sometimes of course we do and we own it when we do" that's very nice of you to say that. We ordered 3 couches You messed up 3 couches 3 out of 3 u messed it up. We got our couches delivered in march 2024 not even 9 months ago. 3 OUT OF 3 COUCHES NEED YOUR SERVICE WITHIN LESS THAN A YEAR.
When you are trying to sell the couch you say this fancy words like" DENIER" use high denier its more durable long lasting and charge so much more from customers what happened to it we paid so much for all 3 couches if they are so durable and long lasting why did we need your service for all 3 couches with in less than a year where is the quality in your family owned 20 year store?? If u had done your job properly i wouldn't be asking your service and i wouldn't be writing this review.
You said going to Granada hills from Thousand Oaks is challenging yet you are trying to accommodate but according to your statement you are trying to own it since u messed up all 3 couches you are not doing me a favor you are trying to own it to avoid me reporting you to CONSUMER AFFAIRS for charging hefty amounts and not providing quality service to customers.
You Kept saying Mean spirited Review hate filled review in your post so you are saying when customer is not happy with your service they are not allowed to post there honest review is that what you are saying Paul ?? You call it abuse? just because your family owned business did not get 5 star review ??
It's good that you care about your staff that's very nice of you. I wish you feel the same towards your customers as well before making up all these stories and writing a bunch of lies without proper follow up.
You said it wasn't hate filled disingenuous review that motivated Anthony to help me, it was his character what happened to his character when he was talking to me so rude and acting like he is doing a big favor to me even though you messed up the couches.
