If I could leave zero stars I would. This was literally the grossest burgerville I’ve ever been to. There was garbage EVERYWHERE, all over the floor in the kitchen area, spilling out of every garbage can and into the floor, it was actually disgusting. When we ordered we were told “it was going to be awhile…” after 10 minutes we went to the bathroom and found there was no soap. I went to tell the worker and he said “do you need it now?” And then told me it would “be awhile” while he tried to find it. Why does a restaurant not know where their soap is??!! After he came out of the bathroom he went right back to making food without washing his hands. That was more than I could handle so we asked for our money back. You always hope employees who are touching your food are actually washing their hands but to actually see with your own eyes that they aren’t is disgusting. Luckily the Wilsonville location was super clean and the employees smiled and were so kind. It all added an hour to our road trip and was slightly disturbing, luckily we had been to the Wilson like location before and it had never never disappointed. Seriously, the health department needs to get over there and crack down. And hire some people who smile and are kind and wash their hands! It...
Read moreBad day? Understaffed? I stopped by yesterday in the drive thru when I was last in a line of two cars, and I was not impressed with service. Ordered a burger with no pickles and was told to pull up to the first window to pay. Sat there for a couple minutes before someone came to the window and told me that the register/computer was locked out and to pay at the next window; pulled up there and after about a minute got my burger (which I later found out still had pickles despite the order ticket stapled to the bag saying “no pickles”) and had to remind the kid that I hadn’t paid yet. Staff seemed harried (despite the parking lot also seeming empty when I pulled in??), and the wait seemed way too long for the simplicity of the order, which wasn’t even done right. (The person in front of me also appeared to have had a simple order, so I can’t blame the wait on them either.) My burger was very soggy when I pulled over to eat it about 5 min later, which was disappointing for the price; even if it hadn’t been soggy, I’m not sure the burger would have been worth it. I like the premise of burgerville, for which I’m giving a generous 3 stars, but if I manage to convince myself to go again, it’ll be to a...
Read moreBurgerville what happened? Your food used to taste good. I got the new special burger which is a quarter pound burger that was so overcooked I can imagine shoe leather being more tender. Fries should not be as expensive as a burger. I also tipped 15% because I had an adult help me and I appreciate the fact that they're able to pay good wages but pre-tipping 15% for the food that I just ate is very annoying. I was hoping that the quarter pound burgers actually going to taste like something instead of the little tiny burgers that are now way more than 89 cents when I was a kid. I even went inside to make sure I was going to get a fresh burger and even my fries were seem like they've been in the warmer for a half an hour. Do better or you guys are going to go under with the added pressure of other similar burger joints. The real bummer is I couldn't even have a beer with this burger and for the kind of money that I'm paying I would expect a brewpub burger. With tip for a quarter pound special burger fries and a drink with 15% tip was 18...
