If you’re searching for real Hawaiian food look no further! Don’t walk—RUN! You won’t regret it. 🌺
As a born-and-raised Oregonian, my Hawaiian food experience started and stopped at “Roxy’s” (don’t judge me 😅). But let’s be honest over the years, it just hasn’t been the same.
Then I found this gem of a food truck right here in Tigard and wow. From the very first bite, I felt like I had been transported straight to the islands. 🌴 The flavors are fresh, authentic, and clearly made with family recipes and love! I’d seriously eat here every day if I could. It’s THAT good. The quality is top-tier, the portions are generous, and every dish is packed with flavor. You’re not just getting food you’re getting an experience. Totally worth every penny.
And the owners? Absolutely wonderful. Kind, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. I’m all about supporting small, family-owned businesses, especially when they bring something this special to the neighborhood. So grateful this food cart chose Tigard to call...

I was super stoked to try this place. They have bounced around and never are open when I can make it there.
I had no clue they close at 7, I rolled up with my wife at 655.
Instead of saying sorry we are closing up and can't make food the lady at the counter was super snappy with me and the guy who helped me previously laughingly said they close at 7.
I said ok, I will try next door and the gal had attitude with my wife and loudly talked about us going next door.
Lonnie hooked us up with burgers even though they were about to close.
Not sure if I will try again. I manage a retail store and if any of my employees spoke like that that a customer while we are still open for business they wouldn't have a job any longer.
I wish y'all luck. Not sure if ill refer my friends and try it again.

They had up front parking available and a clean and inviting outdoor seating area with lots of plants. We tried a combo plate with huli huli chicken and kalbi ribs. Wow! Looks amazing, yea?! The chicken is out of this world delicious! This ain't your average teri chicken, k. And the ribs... hoo brah - fall out your seat, eyes roll back kinda good. Top it off, they sprinkled a little furikake on the rice 😙. The potato mac salad could use a little more salt and pepper but that's easy to add to your own liking. Better than too much in my opinion. I'd definitely go back and try the rest of the menu. Maybe they'll have dessert for me to try 😜. Mahalo and...
