Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tigard

Today, Dutch bros broke my heart, and I think it's time to take a break. The inconsistency lately is just too disappointing for the cost. In today's sadness, long story short, I ordered a dirty soda but got it modified so I can have the sparkling bubble separately to enjoy when I got home. I ordered a large and received 1 can of sparkling soda. I asked the gentleman at the window if this was correct. He claimed it was. I've gotten 2 cans on a medium and large size before, so this seemed odd to me. I've only ever gotten 1 can with a small size. Mind you, a small size is 16oz, medium is a 24oz and large is a 32oz. So only 1 can portion of drink, for all 3 sizes? It seems incorrect to me. So the filler is just ice? Are you all just charging more for the plastic cups? I was robbed today! Ya'll left...

Don't get me wrong, I love the new Dutch. Unfortunately I think there's more "miscommunication" than anything here. Everytime I come here, there is something wrong. Order a double blended drink and it ends up coming out like a slushii, I tell them not to put a flavor in the drink because of allergies and they put the flavor in. I order a muffin top and get to the window and I have to repay for it. I know the morning shifts are hard for some people but come on, you're more focused on how many drinks you can get out than actually doing the drinks correctly. I hope they start to listen to people. Great location just wish for different staff I also hope they stop ignoring people...

This location has gone way down hill. The last few times I’ve been here the employees are to busy talking to friends or previous employees at the drive up window and back up the line. One time we waited 15-20 minutes to get our drink because a former employee was blabbing away until I got out the car and asked what the hold up is. Don’t go here because the wait time is outrageous and the employees don’t care if people have to wait. Lots of new people who can’t get an order correct. Even if there’s few cars they still somehow can’t...
