Used to come here all of the time. The doors are open and they have NOW OPEN signs up in 2 of the windows. I walked in at 10:28am and a very nice gentleman said, "she will be right with you." At that point I asked him if they were open, to which he answered "Yes, She'll be right up there." Super nice guy, I walked outside again and then saw a young lady come from the back, thinking that she was the person the man had said would be right out to help me. I approached the counter and was ignored for a few moments. She at one point turned half way around as to see me and I took the time to say , Hello. Mind you it's 1029 at this point. She pointed to the door and said "we are not open yet." I apologized and said I was confused by the NOW OPEN signs and the doors of the store being held open by a high chair. She said that unless the red open light was on they are closed. So I went outside to wait for the 30 seconds. When it turned to 1030 I approached the front door, where I was very rudely told that now I cam come in. I placed my order and asked for additional teriyaki sauce and she rudely asked "How many?" I went and asked do you normally get 2 sauces away in each meal? To get curt answer ,"yes so how many do you want?" The reason i was asking for the amount of sauce included was for the purpose to know how many extra I needed. I finally placed my order, and handed the money to her, the entire interaction between her and I was incredibly disappointing and honestly I was quite shocked by how RUDELY she treated me. One would think if you are a place of business that has multiple NOW OPEN signs posted on multiple windows and both the front door and the side doors are open being held open with high chairs that the place might be open... The first gentleman who helped me was incredibly nice and polite and never once said they were still closed. I wish I had gotten the name of the cashier who is in some serious need of how to be polite...
Read moreToday was the first time I’ve ever tried their food and it will also be the last. I hate teriyaki but my wife loves it, so I agreed to eat here because I assumed there’d be at least one thing on the menu I would like. That one thing was shrimp fried rice, which I ordered, but I think they should consider changing the name. Really it was just super bland fried rice and then just five little butterflied pieces of fried shrimp on the side. It tasted awful and I took no more than two bites before tossing the whole thing in the garbage. Also, having been an executive chef and restaurant manager for the last 25 years- I know what a dirty fryer smells like. Once my wife stepped into the car with the food she ordered for us, I could immediately tell that something was cooked in dirty oil. It was only 1:30 on a Monday afternoon, so it obviously hadn’t been recycled or cleaned from the day before. This likely contributed to the unusual taste of my meal. I can’t speak to the specifics of my wife’s experience, but she also didn’t finish her food, didn’t speak highly of it, and didn’t save it. Will not return; huge...
Read moreI used to come here all the time. There was a wonderful girl who worked here. And seems she got replaced with a rude new girl. She told me to swipe my card twice. Because the first one didnt go through. But then when I checked my bank both went through. I called her and she told me I was pretty much lying and had to come in to check my statements. I called my bank and they fixed it for me. I'm not wasting gas for a problem that wasnt mine. Also they made the portions way smaller now. Will not be going here again and will tell family and friends not to...
