Starbucks — Restaurant in Tilton

I’ve been observing Starbucks steady decline over the past couple of years and this experience just reinforces it. I stop at this Starbucks on my way hiking in the NH state parks and use it as an early morning caffeine fix. I use the drive through and order an average cup of Joe, nothing complicated. After a mile or so I realize it’s pretty cold but honestly can’t be bothered to drive back. So pretty annoyed keep going. Two days later I repeat the trip and stop at the same place, same order. I say to Mr Barista, “two days ago I got a cold one from you, can you make sure this one’s hot?” “Seems hot” he says handing it to me. This time I drive to the parking lot to test. Same like warm slop I got last time, what are the chances?! I drive back and calmly ask for another. No apology, no $3 voucher for my time, just a “this one should be okay” Do they have a special coffee pot with left over coffee for the drive through for idiots with out of town accents? Is it my imagination or does Starbucks even care anymore? I do like the taste of their coffee, but temperature is also important too lol! I shared a star because I had to choose one before I could post... I have been to many Starbucks.. This place is disgusting... I placed a mobile order you couldn’t even see the name because it was turned towards the worker who placed it down on a counter that was disgusting and dirty... so gross I could not even imagine what it looked like inside the work area.. the bathrooms were a pig pen and I did not even use it... the floor was pretty gross I understand bad weather and all but the whole entire place was gross... they are not pleasant at all... If you do not like your job get another job then... you are working with people and that means be nice , pleasant, and smile.. not miserable... pig-faces attitude... and how about calling a persons name when it says it’s a mobile order and not just mobile Order..... I am so disgusted with that place and to top it off my drink that o asked to remake was just put into another cup and not remade... sloppy and...

first off I want to say I’ve been enjoying Starbucks for several years and have NEVER had bad coffees until recently at the tilton location. Every morning I will go for an iced latte, either an iced white mocha or iced brown sugar shaken espresso and they are both always made terribly wrong… to the point I can’t fathom to drink it, I’ll ask for a remake and it’s not any different. Is there no training anymore? Starbucks atleast this location- is starting to feel like Dunkin’ Donuts where it’s severely a hit or a miss. How can you severely mess up a white mocha? Either there’s no flavor added at all, the milk to coffee ration is so off, if it’s the shaken espresso it’s not even shaken and missing cinnamon powder / way too much milk… it’s just disgusting.
