Arby's — Restaurant in Tinley Park

Avoid this place at all cost! Customer service sucks!!!! Came Monday evening after 9. We ordered three meals and one kids meal. The girl taken the order must of been in a hurry to get back to nothing because she kept asking "is that it"? She never repeated the order back to us to make sure it was correct. We waited a good five plus minutes only to get to the window to find out they messed up our order. My mother spent over $40+ that evening and they didn't care. The older lady whom seem like the manager was like she didn't charge you for it and do you want to be charged? Like what type of foolishness is that when your cashier made the mistake!!! Yet, they gave us the kids meal, four drinks, three fries but two sandwiches, and mozzarella sticks. We order three meals that come with three sandwiches, three fires, and three drinks. Along with they kids meal. They gave us everything except the one sandwich.

The manager didn't care one bit unless we paid for it. In which we technically did. With a nasty attitude like what you want to do? I can charge you for it. Like why can't you own up for your cashier's mistake and make my experience better? She even asked the cashier did she ring us up for it and she said nope! I explained the cashier never repeated our order back to us. But what do we know? We are only the consumers that's paying your paycheck!

Yesterday, I ordered a classic beef and chedder meal with no chedder but I subbed the chedder for swiss,for my drink I ordered a large Mello Yellow and 6 peice Mozzarella cheese stick instead of a curly fry. I recieved a chicken sandwich with a curly fry and a coke. So, I called grubhub complained and got reimbursed then I ordered again. Then I called them told them I reordered and would like for my order to be correct. I received a Classic Chedder and fry NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!!! So I called and one of the employees started to cry when I expressed to her that this was the second time my order was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said hello and then hung up. I went to the store. They ignored the fact that they hung up on me and gave me a bag with 6 peice cheese sticks with NO marinara sauce and A Beef and Chedder sandwich Still not my order🤣😤 I am done✌️ Arby's you really ruined the experience for me. I asked for a manager they said the manager wasn't there. I asked for the corporate number and they said they didn't have it. Then you guys put a link at the bottom of my comment. My girlfriend never really ate Arby's before so we decided to give it a go together. We had Greek gyros, buffalo chicken sliders, jalapeno sliders and a large fry. She immediately went for the fries, haha. They were fresh, crisp and seasoned well. She was actually surprised at how good they were. Then once we finally sat down we were able to eat the rest of the food. The gyro was very tasty and full of flavor. Now heres a disclaimer: the gyro isnt filled full of meat like an actual gyro restaurant would do, so dont expect it to be filled to the brim. Its really good enough for the money you pay (2 for $6). Can't beat that price. The buffalo chicken sliders were flavorful. We both really enjoyed them and the blue cheese sauce enhanced them even more. As for the jalapeno sliders, they weren't that great to us (just okay). For some reason they didn't give us the satisfaction that the other items did, but maybe it was because we tried them last.
