I showed up at 8:30 when they close at 10. I let them know I had a bigger order and I apologize in advance (4 sundaes and 2 shakes). We had one employee helping us in the beginning, the line quickly formed up so it got busy fast. After some time, I only had three orders in out of the six. One employee comes up (didn’t catch her name) and she kept giving attitude. I asked her about my last sundae and then went on to make my shake. Before doing so, she made a comment to the girl who started our order. Both laughed and the girl making the comment gave me a dirty look. We got our orders in and proceeded to the register. She pretty much slammed my shake down and then proceeded to rudely ask me what my order consisted of. After she rung me up, she snatched my card to have me pay. The receipt came out and she flung the receipt at me along with the pen where she told me to sign. I understand that I had a bigger order, but the unnecessary rudeness and looks from the employees were uncalled for. I was nice and tried my best to not snap. We ordered only 2 signature cream out of 8 items we ordered, but they charged every thing to the signature price.
When we asked we were told that the prices have increased its a total lie and the bill showed as signature cream. So they are charging normal three scoop scream for the price of signature cream that is effectively a dollar extra.
Total rip off. Indeed we pointed out the mistake and asked the response was totally pathetic at first they said prices have gone up and then, they have billed already and they can’t change it. Seriously, this is horrible to the core, when we call the manager to clarify, the person never turned up.

As I stood there, Sierra never said hello or I'll be with you in a minute. NOTHING!
