I am so mad i went threw drive threw to get my order got my pops to have it spill all over my son cause they did not put lids on correctly....the server looks at me says oh hey sorry does not offer to replace it he just tells me to go to second window....my son takes a sip of his pop to his surprise its rootbeer when he orderd coke ...he says no problem mom ill drink it ....i waited 20 min in second drive threw window which mind you smelled like weed horribly bad ...after seeing 10 cars get there orders drive by i finally went in ...second i walked threw doors it smelled like weed bad... i go to counter they all are running around like they dont know what they are doing.... cant get no orders right dropping stuff on floor laughing like its ok..... i tell lady i just want my money back i give her the reciept ....i stand for another 15 min ...she comes back asked if i still wanted sandwiches?? NO WAY!! BUT thank you.. with all i am seeing and smelling i dont want no food from you guys ...i leave to get to a burger king now to realize she shorted my refund... so now i got to go all the way back ...i call she tells me ohhhh i did forget to add your frys to that refund ...are u kidding me i gave you the exact reciept with the amount of refund on it...it could not be any easier ...so i go back i now stand another 10 min waiting for her to come back ...than one of the servers looks at a customer what size fry you order?? are you kidding me ....than the manger comes back and acts like i was wasting her time for the 2.86 she owed me... i dont care if you only owed me a penny its mine give it back ... this place may have got a make over on the outside but you defenitly need to work on that inside staff ...i am calling corporate this was not the first issuie i have had with this McDonald's i also went threw drive threw another time to get charged 15 bucks for a 9.00 order i think they are doing it on purpose stealing customers money... this place needs a whole new staff... i am so mad at the disrespect and the i dont care attuides its sad... i warn all people who eat there beware they think its funny when they mess your order up than still bag it...
Read moreThe people who worked at this location make it hard not to disrespect fast food workers. My issue isn’t even my sandwich that was foul. Because I know they would not serve me a steak egg and cheese bagel that was unwrapped with a folded egg completely unfolded in the wrapper like the bag was thrown in the air then dropped.
My problem is I used mobile order. Which anytime I edit my order through the app it comes with a sticker. The sandwich they gave me not only looked disgusting, it did not have the sticker that shows what I added to it. I think they gave me the wrong order.
The main doors were locked so I went back to the drive-thru to ask for a fresh bagel, as I tried to explain I was cut off then told I was given the wrong order and I was shooed to the window. And I know I was talking to the person who handed me the bag in the first place. When I got to the 2nd window I heard one of the people in the back say “the order was right, OMG they just want another sandwich”
They messed my order up and then want to talk about me. I could hear them and was still being polite. I told the 50 year-old black woman at the window with the colored eyes who looked in my bag and handed me my original order like that in the first place. That I just wanted another sandwich, I’m not trying to cause any problems. This piss poor McDonald’s employee cut me off and said they’re making you another one, pull up and shut the window in my face. She knew she was wrong for even giving me my original order like that. That's why she didn’t want to listen. I don't have to except some messy sandwich.
But I’ll tell you what I’ll come back every day and the next time my order is incorrect I’m going to park my vehicle right outside the window and wait for her rude self to bring me another one just like the good employee I’m going to make her into. Then I’m going to finish my meal while parked at the window. I bet y’all stop being rude to people When y’all start...
Read moreI’m not mad, I’m just Disappointed. Time and time again I give this McDonald’s on Secor in Toledo Ohio another chance and time and time again I’m a throughly let down by my expirence. I rationalize my revisitation with rhetoric of “last time was probably a one off, how bad can it be if I go back again?” Alas I have be proven wrong by expierce yet again. Regardless of whether I dine in or pick up food from their drive thu the problems from this McDonald’s shear lack of planning, scheduling, and a factor of lack of management skill results in an unsatisfactory expirence more than 90% of the time, some examples of this include but are not limited to; waiting an unrealistic amount of time to recieve the food I have already paid for (sometimes in excess of 40 minutes), not receiving the correct order even after I have verified said order is what was being presented, lack of service during some hours of operation (even after calling to verify that the establishment was indeed open at the hour of visitation) and many more that for the sake of brevity I will withhold from my review. Needless to say that when I got home after waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru line and checked my order with my own eyes (something that past experience should have warranted I do) I became overwhelming saddened upon realizing that even after I had verified the order was correct it indeed it was not. My disappoint is immeasurable and I will never spend another one of my hard earned dollars at this establishment as long as I have breath in my body. If you are looking for a better McDonald’s in the are I highly recommend spending your money at the McDonald’s on collingwood blvd, airport highway, or hill anevue.
