I placed an order online that was scheduled for a pick up at 12:28pm. With the quarentine I was told that I could do a door-side pick up. It didn't give me any instructions on what to do when I got there. So when I arrived I went up to the door and it was locked so I knocked on the door. There was a sign that told me I was at the right door for door-side pick up. I knocked and waited almost 10 minutes before I called stop let them know I was there. I was greeted by a polite lady and she said she will have someone open the door in a moment. I waited another 5 minutes before someone opened the door to get my order. He asked my name and told me to wait inside the door. I gave him my order name and waited. I stood there about 15 minutes before a gentleman asked if I had been helped. HeIHe wastwas dressed nicer than the other employees so I assume he was a manager or something. I told him the kids took my name for my order and the other guy walked away. I continued to stand there for another 25 minutes before an absolutely rude worker, whom I am assuming might of been a manager, started telling at me and at other workers. She was telling at me that I wasn't supposed to be in the lobby and continued to tell at me while a different female came over and got my order name and what I ordered. I told her and waited out side. I waited another 10 minutes. The lady that took my order before so went outside is the one who brought my order out to me and she apologized to me for the wait. I have never had such terrible service at a doughnut shop before. I was supposed to be able to pick up my food by 12:28 and didn't even get my order till about 1:10. Not only was my order extremely late, but I was yelled at my a worker for something that I was told to do. I don't work there. How was I supposed to know that I couldn't be in the lobby. When one of the employees told me to wait at the door inside, a second worker talked to me and didn't say anything and there was not a single sign or note that stated I was to wait outside. Over all, this is one of the worst food pick ups I have ever dealt with. I understand that with the COVID-19 stuff going on things are different and there are rules. But being a customer I do t know what those are, you don't have signs up and I was directed to do what I did. The way the employee reacted and the wait time I had was unacceptable. Aside from the behavior of that particular employee, the doughnuts...
Read more's a shame that this location is running the Krispy Kreme name to the ground. The franchise owners are evidently more worried about their bottom line and their Mansion. Then they are the customer service that's provided at these locations. They did a remodel to push out more donuts, yet you can't get a donut from the place. They'll have doordashers running in there all day long. Just for the doordashers to get an get disrespected by the employees that truthfully just don't want to do their job they refused my order that was already paid for stating they didn't have enough was rude about it. Was trying to force me out of the store because someone forgot to lock it. I mean it makes no sense. This is supposed to be a business. I'm supposed to be able to come in there and get what's paid for yet. All's I get is disrespected and shoved out of the door because they don't want nobody in the lobby. It's too much work for them. If somebody's in the lobby or the franchise owners are too cheap to hire somebody to help run the lobby no no the franchise owners. They want to make sure they keep that that little bit of extra money so they can have some more fun this weekend. It's a shame corporate needs to investigate this place immediately before they continue to run this name to the ground in our city. Look at the past reviews. Look at the other reviews everyone is saying the same thing. Disrespectful employees can't get a donut from the place cuz they're too worried about feeding their trucks or whatever and evidently they can't hire someone to run the lobby because they just want extra money to play with. I mean shut off the doordash app step one. You can't handle the business. Shut it off. Step two fire your team and hire employees that have some respect. Step 3 get your lobby up and running. I don't want excuses anymore. Why is the lobby not up and running quit destroying The Krispy Kreme name so your bottom line's a little...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Krispy Kreme location this morning when I went in to get my family some donuts for Valentine's Day and I thought I would treat myself to my free dozen for my birthday coming up. I decided to go into the store instead of the drive through because I thought it might make the process a little easier for the employees. When I entered, I struggled to have any of the employees even acknowledge my existence, let alone assist me in purchasing my donuts. When I was finally being helped, the woman working the register and pulling out donuts was rude and her tone was dismissive and annoyed the entire time. I was simply attempting to show the coupons I had and my loyalty barcode in the app and she felt the need to entirely dismiss me. Needless to say, I did not end up getting my points for the dozen I purchased. Another thing that I thought was incredibly careless by the employees is that the entire time I was picking out my donuts with the first rude employee, a line started to form of about 4 customers behind me. None of the other employees in the store (and I counted about 8) assisted the customers behind me when there was a second register open for use. The Valentine's Day themed donuts were marketed all over the place but only one of the flavors was available with the chocolate kisses across the face. I didn't bother to ask the first rude employee about the other Valentine's flavors for fear of being attacked for the query as they were not on display. I was also very disappointed in how the donuts looked when I received them. The kisses looked as though they had melted and slid down to the apex of the heart shaped donuts. Overall, an awful experience, but I am glad I at least got my birthday dozen for free. Krispy Kreme, how hard is it to spread a little love, especially on...
