I drove all the way from Waterford, Michigan to have this food. I’ve traveled far. Special thanks to jackson Tammy Dominic for making my food and being very helpful with the menu and further explaining everything! On Arrival & Ambiance (⭐ 5/5) As soon as I stepped in, I got a warm, friendly welcome from staff who were eager to explain the menu and make suggestions—even a first timer like me felt immediately at ease Food & Customization (⭐ 5/5) Think of Piada as an Italian version of Chipotle—an assembly-line setup where you build a custom wrap (“Piada”), pasta bowl, or chopped salad—everything made fresh and quick. I went for the chef’s favorite piada—and it did not disappoint. The flavors were bold, the ingredients fresh, and the dough had a delightful chewy texture with just the right amount of salt . Portions are generous, and the personalization means you get exactly what you want. Overall, the quality felt high-end for a fast-casual restaurant, and I was impressed! Service & Experience (⭐ 4.5/5) Service was excellent—quick, professional, and cheerful. I had plenty of time during my stop to savor the experience and the food without feeling rushed. A few reviews mention experiences that were less positive—like a salad too heavy on garlic or delays via the app—but my visit was entirely smooth . As always with chain spots, your experience can depend on the location and staff, but this particular visit was high-touch in the best way. Overall Experience (⭐ 4.5/5) A compelling blend of convenience and quality. From Waterford, the journey is easy, making Piada an ideal destination for a tasty midday or post-shopping stop. The food hits the mark on freshness, flavor, and value. If you appreciate fresh, customizable fast-casual Italian fare, this spot won’t disappoint.

Came here for the first time in a WHILE the other day. Was craving some yummy italian food. They have a lot of options and the menu was a little confusing to me, I won’t lie. It seemed like a Chipotle style setup where you move down the line but the menu had a lot of pre-assembled options on it and the employees weren’t very helpful about explaining the process. In fact, when my fiancé ordered something that was no longer on the menu, the guy “helping” us actually got sorta rude. he made some snarky comment about how we didn’t give enough information about the item instead of just asking a question to clarify (aka doing his JOB). We got 2 calamari wraps, and I also got a basil pesto bowl with calamari and we tried their purple pea powder lemonade drink. The food was pretty yummy, I could tell the calamari had been made fresh. The purple lemonade (lemonade fresca i think?) looked cool but didn’t taste all that good. and we waited at the end of the line for 10+ minutes waiting for the food to finally be done. I think we were waiting on the fresh calamari, but no one really explained to us what was going on and so just having to wait for a while with no explanation was pretty annoying. I don’t think I’ll be back soon. The employees seemed disorganized or perhaps just not properly trained yet.

Think Chipotle, but Italian street food, and WAY more options. Piada is a lunch FAVORITE. They’re mixing up custom wraps, pasta and salads, and I’ve yet to have a bad combo. Not to mention, they have chefs on hand adding that extra bit of magic to each meal. My favorite is a Avocado piada, adding crispy chicken and sweet potato. It’s filled with arugula, tomato, corn, and this amazing sauce. I’ve also had this with salmon and it’s PERFECT. That’s really the best part, you can add any protein or choice of fresh sides to ANYTHING. My husband leans toward the Diavolo pasta with sautéed zucchini and sweet potato. It was a weird combo but it actually worked. They also always have lobster bisque, and it’s delicious, but I’m not kidding you, even just a wrap fills you up! As a location note, this place is always spotless when I visit. The tables are clean, the kitchen and fresh veggies area is clean, it’s all just clean. And I love it.

If I could rate just the food alone I would rate 5 stars. The service I received tonight at this location was 0 stars I couldn’t believe it. Usually every time I’m in there everyone is nice and friendly and will go above and beyond but tonight was not the case. The employee who took our original order was rude and and rolled her eyes when we would ask for anything on the side. The employee at the station in front of her was gossiping and making vacation plans with her friend who was the customer ahead of us in line I would normally have no problem with that but it took longer than normal to get through the line and by the time we got to the toppings station the employee was still talking to her friend and didn’t add half the things we asked for. We continued to check out and ordered for “here” and the cashier told us she wouldn’t eat here If she were us because it was too hot in the store. We paid and then went to get drinks someone had spilled a large amount of pop right in front of the fountain and the employee told us that it wouldnt get cleaned until closing time. I have been to the piada location before and I’ve experienced the ice machine that you have to use a little more force For it to come out I pressed as hard as I could and nothing came out I told the employee that they were out of ice so we sat down and started eating thinking the ice would come soon we didn’t notice anyone move and kept looking to see if it was getting refilled. It didn’t get refilled until after we had already finished eating. While we were eating all the employees including the chef were talking very loudly about how “they don’t know why anyone would eat in at a restaurant.” I really do love Piadas food but the service we received tonight was completely outrageous and management should definitely know about how their...

I’ve recently found this gem a year ago with my wife and i love the menu so I thought this would be my go to spot for a while. this was my cheat meal I’d always get the Deluxe Caesar and the Mac and cheese and calamari I’d probably return my service if that was brought back. The lobby area is never up to par the drink station is always sticky, residue on the tables this locations lemonade is always down and then on top of that it’s like always something that you want they never have. The crispy chicken is never cooked on time so you always wait an extra couple minutes the last time. Calamari seems skimped a few past visits from others. I visited this location I overheard one of the employees say mold was in the ice machine as I’m sipping an Italian tea with extra ice.I was in the store early in the morning the woman who started my order was having a bad day she was just full on attitude she must’ve woke up on the wrong side of the bed although the other woman was much friendlier. I’ve recently went out of town and visited the beavercreek store & it was a better experience and cleaner environment. I’ll never come back until I see Additional change. Whoever runs the place needs to be replaced I’ve never seen this store ran so poorly. I’ve seen many different faces in the past year and they felt welcoming everyone I’d leave one of the white coats would say “ have a nice day” or “ see you soon” the vibe at that place seems off. What is happening here? I want to cater for my sons birthday but I’d rather throw him a party in beavercreek for that...
