Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Toledo

I usually go here at least twice a week, if not three times. This is the first time I had a bad experience with an employee ever. I could tell something was off when I pulled up to the speaker. The person just sounded very uninterested in taking my order. I just chalked it up to being early in the morning. When I got to the window, she handed me my stuff and told me, but I still wanted to verify just because my wife and I like very different things, and I don't want to drink hers. When I verified it, she got really snippy and mad. She walked off, and I said something about straws and other drinks, and she said she had to go to the back in a very aggressive tone. Then, when she got back to the window, she was talking to someone and said I was not saying another word to this person, and she did not say anything. This lady needs a retrain. im sorry, but I have no idea why she had to act like that. She had blondish hair with, I think, pink highlights in it. I'm not trying to get anything free, but as someone who runs a business, I feel like I need to let you know. Hopefully, on my next visit, it's back to its normal...

Let me start off with great service! Super nice and speed wasn't terrible. That's why they didn't get a 1 star from me. Got a hot chai from them, and high price aside, it is absolutely disgusting. Nothing but overpowering sweetness, like it's just a quarter cup of honey in steamed milk. No hint of spice whatsoever to be found. Tastes a lot like Oregon chai concentrate in my personal experience. I saw someone else saying they liked it, so maybe I got a bad prep or maybe I'm just a tea snob (I certainly don't think I am) but this drink was unpalatable. My wife got a turtle latte and said it was ok, but also too sweet, which floored me as she frequents Starbucks and has quite a higher taste for sweetness than I do. I go here at least twice a week. I went there this morning. I placed my order and, she repeated my order. Once I got to the window, she said you had a medium iced carmelicious and a pumpkin cheesecake ball, I said I ordered a pumpkin iced carmelicious. The girl that clearly took my order was standing there talking about what I ordered and continued to shake her head and mumbling stuff under her breathe showing she was irritated. She was also putting cream cream on her Panera bagel. I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone that I have dealt with here has always been very pleasant!
