Update: 5/25/25 one year from review below. Still total lack of customer service. The workers either have reading or comprehension issues, totally forgot mr 2 drinks, then ignored me honking 3x, finally they came and wasn't happy I didn't just leave. I got 2 meals and 2 extra sandwiches and some nuggets. Burgers were hot, but none made correctly, requested no mustard all had it anyway, no mayo had it anyway, no tomato had it anyway, no lettuce had it anyway. You get the point. Nuggets were hot, not all the sauces given were the correct ones we requested. However service was fast, especially compared to the 20 min per order wait at the Maumee Conant street location (which i report to corporate from their website every time and all of you should too, Google customer complaint wendy's make sure you get your receipt). Hopefully they keep improving and put all the other locations to shame.
5/15/24: The workers were not friendly, not necessarily nasty, just unfriendly. First they handed me a bag said that was everything and I asked are you sure then she hands me another bag says here's your crackers and spoons (should've had 4 spoons, only has 2 for chili i ordered) have a good night as she was turning away. I said uh no you're missing stuff, she said what and I said I have 2 frostys she said can I see your receipt, I said sure and gave it to her. She handed it back and closed the window, comes back hands them to me said he (meaning coworker behind her) didn't tell me about no frostys and seemed very annoyed and like she hates her job. She literally was the one that put the receipt in the bag and obviously could've and should've checked it. The window and frame was so disgusting, the inside where I could see was just as nasty. Now for our food: fries cold, old and not cool (only a small, not even half full, no extra spilled on the bag). Chili cold, oddly spicy and overly huge chunks of the meat like size of a quarter, looked like it had peppers in it which I've never seen at any other Wendy's. Sandwiches were not hot at all, but we're made correctly. The nuggets were hot, but one of our 6 pieces they literally mixed spicy with regular and 4 were spicy which was supposed to be all regular and was for my child (obviously doesn't like spicy). Read moreWe made an online aka mobile order through wendys app at 7pm. We arrived to store and the carryout was closed early doors locked! We go through drive thru and are told we never placed an order there it must be at another location. We read them the receipt info clearly showing that is not the case. After being told two more times they don't have it we are then told to go back through the line which by this point we already waited 15min and it's since tripled in car length. We ask for manager he comes out tells us to park while we wait for our order. We wait they bring out an order for 18.00 not 34 dollars with complete difference of items and name. We tell manager that and he tells us that is only order they have I go back into app again luckily having taken screenshot of.ot first before and they closed the ticket out . He keeps telling us to cancel our order ourselves if we want $ back. We can't do that only he can cause they told us toark we were there when in drive thru saying they hadn't got order so we did so it went to them. We tried to show him receipt and he refused to listen to us. Then shuts door at us giving no resolution whatsoever and leaving us without dinner for the night cause they were rude and not at all willing to hear us out or even look at the receipt showing we paid. We used pts for one Dave's dbl and paid $33.27 for the rest of our order loading it from our debit to the mobile app so we get pts with our visits. We never have issues at Holland store but this one is closer to us so we settled here and this is how we are treated. Either stuff is made wrong or staff is very nasty and rude. Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the second time we've been here and had a terrible experience. We went yesterday evening, and decided to eat in. We walk in and there's 2 people in front of us waiting for their food, and no one behind the counter to acknowledge us. We waited around 5 minutes for someone to come up and take our order. When the kid came up to take our order, he had airpods in and pulled his phone out, I'm assuming to turn down the volume, before he took our order, but he didn't take them out, which I found EXTREMELY unprofessional. As we are then waiting for our food, 2 things happened. The first thing that happened was this little girl, who was maybe 5 years old, came running out of nowhere and went into the bathroom. When she came back out a few moments later my boyfriend and I watched as she went into the back where the food is. Our food was starting to come out at that point so I decided just to eat it and hope for the best. The second thing that happened is that someone else came in to let them know they got her order wrong in the drivethru and she waited at least 5 minutes until someone acknowledged her, and then even longer for her food. Meanwhile we can hear them back there yelling to each other, throwing things, ect. Now to the food. My fries had no salt whatsoever on them, and my baconator was mostly just a mayonnaise sandwich with a little bit of burger thrown in.
