Update, 2/12/25: Well... I'm not sure at all what's going on now. Somehow my time in line took longer with less business going on. *My tea was sour. *I got my fries, which was correct. *I ordered a bo-berry shake, and I got a vanilla one. *I ordered the 3 chicken strip meal with bo sauce, and I got a breakfast sausage biscuit?? Not gonna lie, this is the kind of service I expect from a bad McDonald's, not Bojangles. Hopefully it was just a bad day, because I won't be back if it's turning bad this quickly. 2/4/25: So, first and foremost, ignore all the people who posted before this place even opened. Half of them are fake accounts that should be reported, or they're mad about a place before the doors were even opened. Today was their grand opening, and despite the fact that they had one of the largest fast food lines I've ever seen, they were extremely fast. The staff was professional and friendly. Maintaining that demeanor with this kind of volume is impressive for any restaurant. The chicken may be just tenders, but it's still the delicious flavor you'd expect at any other location. It also blows away it's competition. Canes, Zaxby's, Popeyes, PDQ, you name it; these ones are better. These biscuits are like Grandma used to make. You won't find better unless it's in her kitchen, I promise. Their sweet tea is delicious, but the average Texan may not like that it's not made with 6lbs of sugar. The dirty rice, Mac and cheese, and fries are a win too. This location has easily earned a 5/5 and doesn't deserve the hate they got before it opened.

Michelle absolutely made our day when we came in last week. It had been over 20 years since we stepped foot into a Bojangles, and the nostalgia was surreal. See BoJ's isn't JUST a fast food restaurant from the East Coast.... my childhood was my maternal grandmother taking me for biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Unfortunately, this store isn't a 24 breakfast store..... not yet. They are working on it. But Michelle did her best to make our day with as much breakfast items she could provide. Understandably the biscuits and gravy was off the table. I wouldn't want them to have food waste just to provide for me! The entire staff at this location, including what I presume to be the GM and the DM, were absolutely wonderful! I don't know how you found the most Southernly people to staff this location, but THEY ARE PERFECT for the brand! Michelle, you are a hero in our eyes! It was a small gesture that completely made our day! 🫶🏻

Best FAST FOOD chicken tenders around! They season the chicken before they batter it up! So good! I got the peach honey pepper sauce and OMG! Where did they get that from! 😱 Cole slaw was Cole slaw... I'm dieting... We also got the Mac n Cheese. Loved the crusted cheese on top, and would highly recommend that! Now the BISCUITS! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ A plain one came with the tender meal, and we got the blueberry biscuits for dessert. Delicious! Salty, slightly crispy, and soft! VERY good! Reminded me when McDonald's used to make fresh biscuits every day. This place is VERY crowded, so don't get upset on the wait. Do take-out or the drive-thru which will also take about 20 minutes since it's a new place. I also hope that once the madness calms down, the staff will be more friendly. Our cashier didn't smile at us, welcome us in, or even make us feel welcomed. Decided to give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the food alone. We'll be coming back! 👍

Waited until the grand opening crowd died down before we decided to try out Bojangles on a Saturday evening in late March. We’ve heard great things about their chicken and was very eager to try it out. We were all surprised to find out that it’s another chicken strip place, when there is already so many around the area.

When we came in, only one family was seated at the time. We were in line with one family right in front of us waiting to place their order. I literally saw 4 people behind the counter look at us and no one ever came to take orders. The family in front of us left out of frustration. We came up to the counter and immediately called out for someone to take our order. A young man step up. Either it was too loud from all the yelling in the kitchen for him to hear, or he had hearing problems, because I had to repeat part of my order 3 times just to get a family meal, sides, and sauces ordered.

The order came out fast for a 16 piece, hot and fresh. No plates were given so I went up to the counter to ask for plates, though I stood there for about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me since everyone was so busy bickering at each other that I had to yell “excuse me” pretty loudly just to get someone to give me some plates.

While we were eating, it was constant yelling and arguing between all the staff members. Lady manager in the brown shirt just yelling at everyone, drive thru guy in the black shirt arguing back, others in red shirts yelling back at the guy and others. I couldn’t really understand what was going on, but all the yelling, screaming, and arguing going on for 30 minutes since we arrived sounded very rude to each other and very unprofessional. It made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere so my family just packed it up and left. Didn’t bother asking for a bag since they’ll just ignore me anyway and I didn’t feel like getting in their way.

As for the food, the chicken was good, seasoned well, very moist, flavorful, and the fried batter was soft crispy. It could be eaten without any sauce. It actually made me think of Popeyes for some reason. Biscuits were good. The Mac and cheese was creamy. The fries were fine, nothing spectacular. The legendary tea was no legend, it’s like any other ordinary tea, but that’s fine.

With the poor customer service, lack of attention, uncomfortable atmosphere and unprofessionalism, I’ll just stick to Raising Canes. As a matter of fact, I think Bojangles actually just made me want to go try Popeyes chicken fingers to fulfill my southern zing instead.

Good try Bojangles, but this one was a...

Visited there yesterday and ordered a 12-piece meal with 2 large coleslaws, large fries, AND 2 extra biscuits with lemonade. I got home to feed my family and my elderly mother only to realize the biscuits were burnt, coleslaw spoiled and the fries cold and extremely salty. They made us wait in the number 2 spot for this meal to be remade for at least 25 minutes. My mom, who ate quite a bit of the slaw, stomach was hurting instantly. I called the store immediately to report what happened and stopped everyone from eating. Ashley who identified herself as the manager said, "no problem bring your receipt tomorrow and I will refund you". I offered to bring back the food the next day and she told me that it was not necessary, only after I threw the food out is when I learned apparently bringing it back was extremely necessary. I went there tonight as promised to get my refund and the manager told me they cannot give refunds without food. Then proceeded to offer me the same meal, as though eating some spoiled food will make me want to eat or trust to eat anything from them anytime soon. Then the workers gave me the head manager's phone number to call on the phone to tell me the same thing. The head manager said that she is going to talk to the other manager to make sure she knows they do not give refunds. The head manager then told me that it is not her problem that I was told the wrong information by a manager and that my only option was to have new food made, even though I was promised something different.... THESE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS ARE NOT GOOD WITH HANDLING ANY CUSTOMER RELATED ISSUES. THEY ARE NOT TRAINED IN RESOLVING AND KEEPING CUSTOMERS HAPPY, AND NOT KNOWLEDGABLE ON THEIR OWN POLICIES. I NOW SEE WHY THIS PLACE HAS A 2 STAR REVIEW. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I WILL NOT...
