James Avery Artisan Jewelry — Local services in Tomball

I recently visited this store with my boyfriend this past Saturday and was not pleased with the way we were treated. I’m personally just getting into James avery Jewelry and went in to buy a few charms for my charm bracelet. My boyfriend also needed to get his chain cleaned. So we took some time to look around for what charms I wanted and then asked for some help. We were helped by Stephanie S, and I used the word helped very loosely. I don’t know what happened but she was rude and had an attitude with us for some reason. Like I said I’m new to James avery so we’re asking questions about any deals and Jewelry cleanings. She was so short with us and was acting like we were bothering her. And mind you we bought 3 charms that day, I would understand if we were asking questions and loitering around the store, not buying anything for Stephanie to act the way she was acting. But we literally went in, looked around for 15 min, told her which charms we wanted, went to go get ringed up, and asked 4 questions and then left. UPDATE 03/04/24: After posting this review, someone did reach out to me. Just picked up my bracelet today and it was repaired and back to looking new. I am happy with the solution by the manager, however this should have not had to come to this. My husband bought me a charm from here as a Christmas gift. The charm broke less than two months later. It is a glass charm but we were told that James Avery glass charms are pretty indestructible, that is incorrect. Went in today to see about repairs and was told all they would do for me is 50%off another glass charm. Horrible customer service and horrible products that are not worth the $88. Pay attention to the time they close because they will sit there and look at you like you’re stupid and not tell you they are closed. That’s so rude. The older lady that works there has always rushed me and my family, and honestly it’s bad look on James Avery. She’s rude, rushes people and is not professional. I’ll never go back there because of the same lady that has been anal about everything. To James Avery, have your workers tell the customers that they are closed 5 minutes before. Very rude to stare and have an attitude saying “ya we are closed” like you didn’t say anything, how was I suppose to know. It’s Sunday the only day they close at 6 instead of 8pm.
