Waited for about 5 minutes in the drive-thru lane at 9:30pm when the store closes at 10pm. Went around to park so I could order inside because I really wanted some Alfredo chicken, which is so delicious. I asked what time the entire store closes including the drive-thru lane and was told by a male clerk with a drive-thru head set fully on that Jason Deli closes at 10pm. Meanwhile I order a Chicken Alfredo, take my recipe and sit down while my food is being made. I received my food in less than ten minutes which I thought was fast. As I’m leaving every employee presumes cleaning, I get in the car and as I start leaving I turn back and most of the employees are facing me, arms crossed, dead eye. I ask myself if they are happy in the position they are in. I will make no assumptions, I respect and honor the stores hours from open to close.

The chicken salad was very dry, it was definitely different from what I have normally eaten here. The sandwich roll itself was also dry and crumbly. It was overall just difficult to eat and not enjoyable. The sandwich didn’t taste bad but it really seemed as though they had allowed the chicken salad to dry out perhaps by not keeping it properly covered or it was just old. I would not recommend this particular sandwich. They didn’t seem too concerned about it. There are so many other delicious options on their menu I will stick with some of my other favorites moving forward!

Note that I’m a fan of Jason’s deli so my review will be biased in their favor. This location kept up with my 5 start review of them as a salad and sandwich restaurant. The salad bar was well stocked and clean. Ample parking. Friendly staff and helpful. Clean location. Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

Well I'm done eating here, at least until management does something about two of the customers I've seen in there on multiple occasions. The customers I'm talking about are two males who are both very dirty individuals. One of the guys is a very short, bald, overweight individual with a beard who always smells TERRIBLE. He might be homeless or living out of a car because each time I've seen him he's had the same t-shirt, shorts, and shoes on, and again the stench of his body odor is unbearable. I've witnessed him more than once scratch/rub his armpits and then proceed to use the salad tongs to serve up his food. The final straw that made me decide to never return was when I saw him put his hand down his shorts (to rub or scratch his rear end) right before using the food serving utensils. Absolutely disgusting. The other guy that always accompanies him has long purple hair and wears those tight jeans, I never actually witnessed him do anything like the other guy but he is noticeably dirty/greasy and smells.

I'm not a germaphobe or anything, I pull wrenches for a living, I'm a mechanic, so getting dirty is no problem for me, but putting your hand down your pants and then using food utensils is beyond just dirty. I almost feel like he does it intentionally because I can hear him let out these weird little laughs when he's getting his food. These two guys really do pose a health risk in my opinion. I'd recommend just avoiding this place but if you do happen to eat here and see these two DO NOT use any serving utensils that they used or sit at any table they were sitting at. You've...

My boyfriend and I went to have lunch around 3pm and usually I try not berate the service but as someone who works heavily in the industry the staff was beligerant and rude. I will say this, if you have more than one store who can accommodate towards a request, and even another doing so...why is it such a hassle at this location? We simply wanted two separate sandwiches with different meats and rather give a "yes" "no" answer the woman at the cashier was a bit rude and as I was waiting complained as she was doing her job. I will not say it is her fault but that was already a bad impression. As I stood there silently, my boyfriend politely explained his order, the cashier later asked who I assumed was a manager for assistance, and still the order was incorrect. When they brought the sandwiches back they gave back the same one (as we suspected they would) but rather warming it up gave us a cold a** sandwich. This was my first time at Jason's Deli and I went because I've always gotten good word about the one on 1960 and have had some of their food from caterings. The food is usually delicious and always reaches the same expectations, the service however lacked immensely. Like I said I usually dont like to be immediately negative because I'll give the workers the benefit of the doubt and put the blame on upper management to not catering to both guest and...

The restaurant was clean, and the food was good, but the maintenance and service left something to be desired. We showed up at 9:30. Yes, it was late, but that was plenty of time for us to eat and leave before closing at 10PM. The people working were not rude, not at all, but it was obvious that they were annoyed that we came in late. They took our order and gave us cups. The fountain drink machine had no ice. We had to ask, but one of the employees gave us ice from the back. The Coke Zero dispenser was broken. My kids' food was well-prepared. The first salad they brought my husband was covered in cheese, which he'd asked them to leave off. They brought a replacement upon request. I got the salad bar. The items were all stocked when we arrived, and I was able to serve myself, but when I went back for some sides, they were picking up the ingredients. I was able to get what I wanted, and the employee apologized for having begun picking up before I was finished but it was awkward to swerve myself while they were cleaning and picking things up.

Overall, it was fine. I would return to this location, but I hope they'll fix the broken drink/ice machine, keep the salad bar open and stocked while the restaurant is open, and not come across annoyed when people arrive a half hour before closing. I could understand if we showed up 5-10 minutes before...
