A horrible experience of classic POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Drive thru -Arrived around 8:15 pm 10/12 & ordered spicy chicken sandwich meal & 12 piece wings 1/2 spicy & 1/2 classic.. The Hispanic lady over the intercom sofly with a thick accent said .”we can’t do that!” Therefore I said just get me full dozen classic with Louisiana sauce packets. When I arrived at the window, this rude lady charged me for these items separately & had me wait pull up by the trash can area & had me wait for 7 min from 8:20 - 8:27 then I backed off the drive thru window to see where my order was, as am the only customer there left when I noticed it. I saw the staff w/ sarcastic smiles & the guy was about to bring my order in a bag through the exit door but he stopped & gave the bag to another staff. When they saw me, a guy named Sergio put more fries loosely in the bag handed me that oily bag of fries not in a carton box with wings & I had to ask for my 2 drinks. No spicy Louisiana packets but sauce in a little to go container. When I complained no reimbursement no apology no courtesy of putting the fries in a carton box properly & no receipt! I saw the other customers prior to this that they handed the drinks through the window first before handing out the main meal while they wait. That didn’t even happen to me. Am glad I asked for my drinks as they almost forgot to give to me!! 10/13 - Today, this morning I called the store & spoke to a guy named Wasik & he said to talk to an Anna & she will reimburse me once I arrived at 5 pm. Apparently I must have called a different store & this afternoon Wasik came to the Popeye store near Luby”s where I was. He reimbursed me per my request for the 12 piece wing meal. Read morePossibly the worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. 1.) Food took way too long, even though I had ordered in advance online, and I was the only person in the store, and the drive-thru line was very short. 2.) Staff was rude, walked right by me many times before first helping me, and had very poor communication, seemed outwardly bothered that I was even there in the first place. 3.) Half the staff weren’t wearing their masks properly. 4.) I was handed a ripped drink carrier, so of course one of the drinks spilled out of it. When I calmly explained this to a woman in an orange shirt, she raised her voice and said it was my fault for dropping it, and that it can’t be replaced. I tried calmly explaining that I didn’t drop it, and that they handed me materials that were already damaged and unusable, but she interrupted me to tell me that it was my fault not theirs. Of course, it wasn’t worth it anymore at this point, she was clearly set in her ways. I was there just before 3pm on Tuesday, December 15th, and the “larger“ woman in the orange shirt was extremely rude, aggressive, and dismissive. Terrible customer service! I went through the drive through and waited a while at the speaker, I noticed the screen was off and it looked like it was broken, their was tape residue on it that made it appear like it was a sign there previously. No one took my order, I assumed it was broke so I drove around to the window and explained to the cashier why I didnt place my order there and also telling her I waited a while for someone to at least greet and say hold on a moment. Anyway that was no big deal to me, but the cashier got an attitude with me, rolled her eyes, cut me off from talking and said what's your order in a non chalant tone. I gave her my order, then she rolls her eyes again, shuts the window, takes my card swipes it hands it back to me with a attitude. Didnt say anything like your order will be right out she just handed me my card and went to talk to a coworker. I get my food at this point I'm just ready to go.
