McDonald's — Restaurant in Tomball

Came to order some quick food at 1:40 in the morning then go home to go back to sleep. Weird box truck sitting near the outside of the drive through window as I came into the parking lot. Upon arriving at the ordering speaker I'm told to hold, I'm the only person in the line so I sit and wait, after waiting I'm then told I can order, I ask for a burger,nuggets, and 2 pies. The woman then tells me they don't have pies, I say nevermind. She then asks what kind of sauce I want I say "sweet and sour" and then pull up to the 2nd window. The box aforementioned box truck is still parked about 8ft away from the drive through window and the driver has their door open and is standing outside of the "PGW Autoglass" truck and is starring at me. I roll the window back up and am still waiting to give my payment. While waiting for about 2 to three minutes the woman who was on the speaker comes to the window, as I'm about to give her my payment she opened the window and stick a bag out of the window. Creepy old guy squeezes in-between the vehicle and the wall to grab his bag. She mentions something to him and he finally gets into his truck and leaves . I roll down the window give her my payment, she walks away, still waiting, she comes back gives me my card, walks away I'm still waiting, i then finally get my food and leave. Upon getting home I've got no receipt in the bag or on it (which is what I was assuming because she didn't ask of I wanted one) and I've gotten "Ranch" instead of "Sweet&Sour." I guess "Sweet& Sour" and "Ranch" rhyme and 8 was expecting too much being the only person in the line beside the guy who looked like he was getting whatever free stuff from his buddy work...

Went there tonight I understand that we just went through a hurricane and they have been super busy but there is no reason to be rude . My husband and I where picking out drinks up Karina the girl at the drive through window handed them out to the car infront of us, so after we pull up to the window my husband asked her to remake them and she shut the window and rolled her eyes and made some remarks to the other guy Louis whom was on the other person in the drive through. So we get the drinks remade and she hands them to us and the rest of our order we where waiting on our other mobile order, that’s when they told us they where out of the pies that we ordered they asked if we wanted different ones instead we said no cause we wanted the apple ones. Which lead to more bad customer service and eye rolls and she told us to pull up to the next window. At this point in time we are waiting for the refund and the fries that were ordered. So I tried my sprite it was both but carbonated water so when the guy brought the change my husband asked him if he could switch it he was super nice and said not a problem. Well Louis brought the fries over and told us to have a nice bight and we told him we where waiting on one more drink he said okay. A bit of time goes by and Karina bring the drink gives it to my husband and slams the window shut . I’m sorry but I find it kinda rude that there was such a poor experience because they where in a rush . If you dislike your job that much go find something else that will...

Please, go to another McDonald's. Save yourself 30 minutes of waiting. The line was a decent line, which i totally understand. If I had waited maybe 10 min total, this would not have been an issue.

I waited in the one line (They closed off one of the lanes), I had 3 cars ahead of me, I listened in on their orders and most ordered something small like a McDouble. The car ahead had ordered an ice cream cone and 2 McFlurries.

When it was my turn to get to the box I waited for over 10 minutes for them to even answer the drive through. Chalking it up to potential business (they were not) I waited some more.

I placed my order, 20pc nugget and basket of fries and a Med McFlurry. They took like 3 minutes trying to punch the order in, as if it isn't a bunch of buttons on the screen with pictures.

I wait in the extensive line of three cars, and its over 30 minutes of wait. The payment window was closed (The hearing accessible/sign language one) so I waited until I reached the second window. Once I got there all employees were seen just in a pow wow circle laughing with each other, 3 minutes to recognize that I existed at the window. 3 more minutes for them to grab my food.

The nuggets are dry, and overcooked. They kind of taste like cardboard, The fries were cold, and idk if it was this location, but the new smores McFlurry isnt great either.
