I ordered to go, it was pho PH4, food quality was not good. Quantity was even worse. Barely any rice noodles, mediocre amount of veggies and food for $15. Pho broth was very bland. No flavor at all. I'm not sure if dine-in experience would be any different but the food quality and quantity is definitely not acceptable for $15. Won't be coming back...
