I was so hesitate about writing this review but here goes. At least 4 days out of the week this was my morning smoothie place. They ladies were very nice, greeting, & and my order was ready quickly. I would call in the morning and they would take my order over the phone sometimes (didn’t want to drive and be on the app). Lately the experience at this location has been not so good, but the last visit was the last straw. I went there for lunch and I walked in. There was a couple there before me. I can’t remember her name but she’s the morning manager, I said hello to everyone and she just looked and walked in the back. The other girl was making smoothies. I waited patiently for someone to come and take my order, that took a while. After the young making the smoothies came and I ordered. The manager came out to finish the couple’s smoothies, handed to them and said “thank you so much and have a wonderful day”. Once my smoothie was done, the manager put it on the table and didn’t say anything. They put it in a plastic cup and I asked her if they had styrofoam cups she said “nope”. I was looking like, ok lol. I asked if I can have a large one that I saw. She looked agitated but got the cup and sat it on the table. I was at wow at that point. Read moreI've been there many, many times. I've given them many chances to see if they may be having a bad day but honestly, it's just poorly run/managed. Twice they've lost order after I walk in, order at the register. I saw people walking in, ordering, getting their drink, and I'm just standing there. After waiting about 20 minutes, I had to go so I asked for a refund. The manager couldn't seem to understand my request to refund my order. The employee that took my order threw away my receipt so I had to verbalize it to him. Then he kept asking me about my other drink. I was completely confused as I had only ordered 1 drink.
The mishap previous to that, I waited 40 minutes for my order. When it was handed to me, it was a small and I ordered a medium. I pointed it out and they employee was clearly annoyed. Being gracious, I told them I had to go and if they could just offer me a coupon for the difference on my next visit, all would be fine. No luck, they ignored me and re-made my drink haphazzardly.
It's not uncommon for my walk-in order to take 20 minutes. I know they're busy so I don't want to add to their stress but seriously, 20 minutes for a smoothie?!

Read moreI have gotten many smoothies from this place. The time before this issue, the smoothie was watery and tasted very bad I decided to give them another chance. I ordered an Uber today and got the smoothie from the front door. The plastic bag ripped and splattered all over my carpet was a 44oz. I'm not sure what the issue was with the bag, but I called them to let them know. The girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude. After I told her about the situation, she did not offer another smoothie and said I was being rude. She said I must have "jerked" the bag, causing it to rip. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said she was the manager. As a customer service business, this place gets a below-negative rating. I could actually care less if I got another smoothie, but telling me I jerked the bag and not offering another smoothie after I had to deal with a massive mess is below subpar customer service. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location. The smoothie did not come out of my carpet stained an expensive rug. Guess will need to get ahold of owner and see they want to resolve this issue out of small...
