I don’t even know where to start! This was our 2nd time at this location in the past month during a break between basketball tournament games. When we arrived during lunch time there was only one person working with about 6 people in front of us. They only had a selection of 3 different chips unlike other Subway’s with at least 6-8 different choices. The employee didn’t speak any English whatsoever and was attempting to make sandwiches by pointing at breads, meats, and condiments. We thought about leaving but time didn’t really allow us to do so and my daughter was set on a sandwich rather than some greasy fast food so we elected to stay. The owner or manager showed up while we were still waiting and helped make a few sandwiches what appeared to be to go orders. She then however took the sandwiches and walked out with I guess were her own. Another employee arrived when it was our turn to order. This employee didn’t speak English any better!! We got our sandwiches made over about 5 min and pointing at all the condiments we wanted. Throughout the young lady behind us was jumped in line ahead of us to dress out her sandwich and check out. The first employee after checking her out came back and started dressing our sandwiches. While the other started ringing up our food. I was still attempting to work through my sandwich condiments and he was ready to check me out. They tried overcharging me for an extra footlong that I didn’t order nor did the person behind me apparently either. I had to express this to both of the employees 3x before I finally pointed at my last sandwich and told them to just finish it and get me out. I had to then walk through pulling my other sandwiches back out of the bag showing them exactly what we ordered. We just got drinks because the chip selection sucked but yet had to tell them 2x we only wanted drinks no chips!! At this point there was probably a dozen people in line with no one getting sandwiches because it was taking two people that didn’t speak English to make our sandwiches and check us out! Our first visit here previously was exactly the same except there weren’t 12 people in line behind us but the two employees previous visit didn’t speak English either!! I will never return to this store again and will leave reviews on other sites expressing the same to others! Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I would. The woman behind the counter was a terrible human being. She literally did whatever she wanted and didn't ask my mother what she wanted on her sandwich. Completely neglected asking what toppings and sauces she wanted. At the end, I asked her if she cut our sandwiches, which she said she did. Shocker, she didn't. I didn't want to make a scene, so I took our sandwiches and called the location when I got home. A rude woman answered the phone (I'm not entirely sure if it was the same woman). While explaining to her what happened previously, she hung up on me while I was talking. This behavior is completely UNACCEPTABLE. You can treat me however you want, but treating my mother as if she doesn't exist is not only uncalled for, but disgusting. I will never return to this location and would highly recommend going to a different Subway. I love Subway, but this location needs to work on their customer service. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. My partner ordered a sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese bread, turkey and ham, mustard, lettuce, TOMATO, pickles, salt and pepper. When the girl in the shop went to do the condiments she grabbed the mayonnaise and even with him constantly saying “NO! Do not put that on my sandwich, no, no, no, stop!” She still put a massive amount on my sandwich. When he told her why did you do that, I didn’t want that on there. She then tried to wipe it off. He can’t eat mayonnaise! He can’t eat eggs! He had to tell her to make his sandwich over again. When he tried to tell her what he wanted on the new sandwich she kept ignoring him and kept trying to close his sandwich before the veggies. When checking out, she tried to charge us for the sandwich SHE messed up that we weren’t even getting!
