This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced!! We were in town for the 1st ever Doc-Holliday event in Tombstone Aug 12. We decided to go to to Johnny Ringo's restaurant for beverages & lunch. It wasn't as crowded as other restaurants, and found 4 tables right away. We waited over a half an hour for service. After witnessing the waitress wait on a table that arrived after us, we asked the waitress if she could take our order next, she said she was busy, she said if we didn't like it we could leave. We decided to go to the bar to get beverages. When my daughter mentioned we had been waiting for over a half hour and no one came over to take our order, the bartender yelled at her twice "your a liar"! We decided to leave. I can understand being overwhelmed with the crowd for the event, but they should have prepared for this event that was in the works 6 months back. To be rude to a customer with a party of 13, I say they lost out on a big check when you considered...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen there many times with always a great experience except last night. Me and my wife got there at 7 pm and we're seated at the Depot restaurant which is in the same building as Ringo's, we ordered a pizza which they make at the bar.. We ordered drinks and nachos who ok ever we waited for the pizza.. Almost an hour went by when we were informed by the new waitress that the bartender had a broken hand and could not make the pizza.. Needless to say we were not happy.. the bartender was making drinks yet could not simply make a pizza ?? We ordered finger food instead and were given 4.00 off our meals for the trouble ???? My question is why did they not tell the waitress immediately that he could not make a pizza instead of making her look like a fool and making us wait almost an hour before they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were in Tombstone support the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association's (CVMA) annual Vets for Vets fundraiser and decided to eat dinner at Johnny Ringo's. From the minute we walked in, the place was packed. I don't think they were prepared for this many people. As we waiting, I watched the wait staff hump. But what I also noticed was the host/busboy/table prep/anything else that needed accomplished. After watching him hustle for the better part of 45 minutes, I'm convinced nothing else would have been able to happen without this young man. As I got up to leave, I asked his name (Stockton) and told him what great job he did. Trust me, the wait staff were great; the cook was great; the food was great! Teamwork makes the dream work, and Stockton was...
