Tombstone Harley-Davidson — Local services in Tombstone

Be careful! Nothing is priced in this store, you have to ask the cost. We had picked out a few things, I picked up a neoprine tumbler and asked the price. Christina told us $12, both of us responded that was a great price and she agreed. She had charged $24, when I called she said no, it's 24. I told her I held it up and showed her, she said she didn't know what she was looking at. She said the tumblers are 24 and and the orange plastic cups are 18. So... where did she come up with 12? I was told at another store, they were surprised she was open because she'd been waiting on merchandise. My thoughts... she was making up for lost money while closed. Knowing she's in a tourist town. She offered to refund it. Will I be back...

My husband looked forward to going to the Harley shop in Tombstone. The store is extremely small which caused some folks not to shop. When my husband went to look at T-shirts...they had only 2 designs in a large or X-large and they were lame. Both showed Harley bike parts! The third design was a Christmas theme. The many empty bins of T-shirts were really frustrating considering it's June. If you are a size small to xx-large...you will be fine. We've been in Harley Davidson shops from Florida to Nevada. I've never seen such a poor...

What awesome customer service... I was dealing with Amiá from this fine establishment. It started out with me trying to surprise my husband with a tshirt. Miss Amiá sent me various pictures of styles to choose from and I actually ordered one for myself as well. I also ordered 2 cool shotglasses and pokerchips. She was very helpful and friendly. What a pleasant salesperson to deal with. If I had a business I would want someone like her working for me, she went above and beyond helping me....
