Italy's Best III — Restaurant in Toms River

I have lived in toms River almost my whole life I've passed this place a million times I've never ordered anything from here. After exhausting all the other local pizzerias just being frustrated with the quality of food and the quality of food as well as the speed of delivery and if my food is hot when I got it.

Every single local place has failed miserably.

I hunted through Google to find a place that I haven't eaten at yet I came across Italy's best 3. I didn't even realize it was the same place that Ive driven past a million times. I ordered two weekends in a row I got the upside down Grandma's pie with pesto. I had the pie delivered both times. I was pleasantly surprised to see that both pizzas were delivered hot and the pizzas were absolutely beautiful,very heavy, very filling. Last weekend I decided to try something different so we decided to order a rigatoni vodka dinner and a chicken parm dinner with some special instructions on its preparation. I'm very pleased to say that on the weekend 30 minutes after I placed my order the food was delivered to my house it was piping hot and it was prepared perfectly to the special instructions. If you're looking for a place that has incredible food,good portions,great prices and fresh cooked pasta and very fresh food in general , you have to give Italy's best 3 a try you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Update 2-10-24 still my go-to place for pizza and dinners.

The vodka sauce is better than...

My family walked into Italy's Best III just before noon on a Sunday, minutes before they officially opened. We were greeted by friendly people in a small, clean looking pizza place. As we talked about what we wanted, they put a number of different pies on the glass shelves on the counter each looking more inticing than the last. We tried the chicken bacon ranch, buffalo chicken and plain slices. All were tasty and well prepared. The crust was not too thick or thin and not overly crunchy but had a good chewyness to it. I really don't like crumbly dry or super thin crisp crust. This place hit the mark for me and had a little crack when folded but held together nicely. We shop at the ShopRite just down the street and this place was very conveniently located so we could grab a slice before shopping so I don't buy everything in the store! Been ordering from here for years, but just had a terrible and frustrating experience with their delivery. My order was misdelivered and I waited over 3 hours without ever getting my food. My address on the Slice app was correct and the house number is clearly marked on the mailbox in front of my house, so I don’t understand how the delivery driver messed up.

Had to go through multiple calls with them about this issue and I also had trouble understanding one of the guys as well, but at least they tried to help.

Even though they offered to remake it multiple times and try again, I had enough because at this point i felt that the delivery driver would just mess up again and I did not want to wait another hour for the food. Was finally able to get my refund after going back and forth with the restaurant...
