Marco's pizza — Restaurant in Tooele

My first time ordering Marcos pizza and it was not a good experience. I ordered two hours online before I wanted my pizza. I had seen the manager advertising on tooele 411 that they have delivery drivers instead of using door dash. I ordered on their website(two hours before my selected time) hoping to support local drivers. Apparently they will give door dash your order without your consent. When I received my order update it took me to door dashes website. I called the store asking why I'm going through door dash and why is my order going to be 30 minutes late. They responded that when they get very busy they will order door dash to keep on schedule. I did NOT authorize door dash to bring my food instead of Marcos. My food was almost an hour late and cold. I talked to the team lead who says they tried to get me a credit but kept getting hung up on. They said their manager would handle everything and let me know. I haven't heard anything. Do not order pizza from here. Rather go to little Ceasars than this...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is extremely unprofessional. We placed an online order around 640 and was told it was done at 710. Got to the store and waited 45 MINUTES to find out they hadn’t even finished our order. Within that 45 minutes we witnessed the staff be extremely rude to each other with vulgar language and some one answered their personal phone and continued to have a conversation on it while touching the phone, the pizza, his face, then back to the pizza. When we asked how much longer the wait would be, we were met with a response to make us feel like we were In the wrong. We Ended up asking for a refund when we found out after 45 minutes of waiting in store that one of our pizzas hadn’t even been made yet. We wanted to try out the new pizza place in town and we will definitely not...

We ordered a pizza at 5:12 told it was gonna take 30 minutes. We called at 6:15 to see where it was at, we were told the driver is out and should be at our house any minute. I called back at 6:35 and given the run around about my order. I asked to speak with the manager and told to call back at 9 pm. I said that unacceptable. Finally I spoke to the manager who gave me some attitude and told me the pizza is just coming out of the oven and will be out with the driver. I had to cancel my order and told I would be refunded... we’ll see. Everyone I spoke to was very unprofessional even when placing my order. This place needs customer service training. And how to better manage...
