Arby's — Restaurant in Topeka

I ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce on both sides of the bread but no pickles. I got home I had the extra tartar sauce but they loaded it down with pickles when I asked him not to put it on my break cuz I didn't like the taste. Then I ordered a triple Arby's sandwich with no bread. But, I did ask him to give me some horsey sauce and some Arby's c sauce in the box. I got home and the triple roast beef was on bread and no sauces. The previous time I went there I ordered a roast beef with double amount of the roast beef juice to dip it in. I got home and instead of giving me double sauce they gave me none. Again, too far to drive all the way back I ordered a sandwich and curly fries. Got home and had no curly fries. Another time ordered potato called with a my sandwich. Got home and had no potato called. Again, can to far to drive back to. I will not be coming...

We went to this location on the 4th of May, and we will never return back not that anyone cares but you know. We ordered the 4 for 10 roast beef sandwiches, a drink and a shake and 4 mozzarella sticks. The guy at the register (around 8) called for help cause he wasn’t sure how to ring up the free sandwhich when we scanned the QR code so he called for help, this other employee came up and we thought she did it right well she did it wrong and rang us up for a free shake instead of the free sandwich, the manager on duty was very rude very unprofessional wouldn’t even apologize to us wouldn’t get the employee who messed up to see what she did wrong or nothing, alls she Said was well they rang u up for the free shake not the sandwhich (mind u we showed them the QR code on my boyfriends phone) she still wouldn’t fix it or apologize: we will Nvr return there and I’ll be...

The service at the drive through was pleasant, outstanding, and upbeat!

Unfortunately I got an extremely cold fish sandwich, which had cheese despite requesting "no cheese". I couldn't eat it bc of how cold it was (no warmth whatsoever).

I wish that was the worst part though... when I dumped my fries outo reheat them as they were barely room temp, there were several nasty little hairs over numerous fries. I about threw up! They had to have been dropped on a floor, or some nasty area bc it was on so many little fries I couldn't eat around the hairs if I tried! 🤢

I hadn't been to Arby's in some time & was looking forward to the curly fries and fish, but needless to say I won't be returning!
