Josie's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Alexandria

Pizza was very good! I chose this place based on the reviews and I'm glad that I did, because the whole family really liked the pizza. BUT. I didn't like that they don't have wings. For real, what kind of pizza place doesn't have wings?!! We had to find someplace else to get them. (Wood Boat Brewery in Clayton has AMAZING wings by the way). AND, the customer service was not that great. I wanted to pay over the phone so that it would be all set for my mom to pick up (she was shopping in the area) and the guy wouldnt let me pay over the phone. I know it can be done, it was just laziness...

Called to ask two questions about an order I was placing. I got told “ugh hurry up we are swamped” I literally didn’t say anything other than “I just have 2 questions before I order.”

Rude customer service. I won’t be giving this place my money until they teach their employees how to answer a phone. It’s a holiday weekend and you got snippy with business for asking a question….Go to The Korner, better...

Yummy and soft pizza .. they told us it would take 25min to make our pizza .. but it came sooner and was delicious .. sometimes after eating the first slice the second one becomes a little hard but here the pizza throughout was nice and fresh .. would definitely recommend this place and would come back when I’m here next time .. good luck...
