The atmosphere was nice and clean the service was decent, the pasta is made from scratch which is why I decided to review this place, and I thought the pasta was great, I loved the texture. The blush sauce was mediocre, not the most flavorful. Overall it was just...meh. I make better tasting pasta sauce myself from scratch. the oregano they used here was a dried oregano, not actual fresh oregano off of the plant, the garlic did not appear to be actual cloves of garlic but rather some type of minced garlic that I would imagine was from a jar, but I can't be certain. So maybe that's why I wasn't impressed because I'm used to everything fresh. The rosemary focaccia was fantastic, flavorful, soft, buttery... Delicious. I ordered a chicken breast with my pasta, when they brought my dish out there was no chicken breast, so my friend went and told them they forgot it, and within one minute they brought the chicken breast out, I took one look at it and did not feel comfortable eating it because it appeared far too pink and undercooked, (owner response below explaining that) Anyway , it was bland and flavorless. My friend was very disappointed with his pasta being bland and we both agreed we would not eat here again. * Response to owner - I appreciate you explaining the chicken, and when I saw salt and pepper on the list of seasonings I just assumed that all of that would already be in the sauces, and that was for people who like extra. Thanks for taking the time to respond, I thought the pasta itself was great.

Two people dined in, both ordered the large portion of pasta. My friend ordered pasta rigatoni with vodka/blush and grilled chicken. I tried a bite of that dish, and it wasn't my favorite but my friend very much enjoyed his dish. I thought for vodka sauce it was on the sweeter side. The grilled chicken also didn't look grilled, it looked boiled, again my friend liked it. I ordered spaghetti bolognese, it was salty and delicious. One critique is the pasta was overcooked. I do perfer my pasta al dente & the spaghetti was very soft and clumping together like an angel hair would. I loved the piece of focaccia with olive oil and garlic, it was delicious. I also think she shredded Parmesan is a wonderful addition. Shoutout to the chef who kindly showed my friend the difference between parm and shredded parm with no hesitation. Very friendly gentleman behind the counter. The atmosphere itself is really lovely & I will be returning.

More people should be talking about this restaurant. The price, portion, quality, service, and variety is fantastic across the board. For $10 for a regular sized portion (good for one), you're getting freshly made pasta with great flavor and texture. The noodles have a great chew to them. We got the signature #2 with bucatini and a meatball add-on and #6 with cavatelli. #2 was balanced and had a fresh acidity in the sauce. The meatballs were very flavorful. #2 was our favorite between the two orders. I also have to compliment the ambiance/interior and the quality of service. It's a beautiful and clean restaurant, the bathroom was spotless. The restaurant staff were knowledgeable and gracious. A lot of Italian restaurants in the Buff area are quite frankly overpriced and not great tasting. A'mano is completely different, it's a must try. Can't wait to come back.

Great addition to the village! We stopped in for dinner a few months back and had an amazing experience. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful in explaining the menu, both the items and the process, and when we visited after that it was the same experience. The setup of the restaurant is really neat, too. There are some high-too bar-like seating near the window which gives you a great view of Main Street, and then they are both tables with regular chairs and then a banquette style seating with chairs, as well. At the front counter where you order you can see the chefs making the pasta, and when you create your own they add the items fresh as you are ordering. When you walk through the back door there is a doorway or cutout that you can see back kitchen where they are making the homemade pasta fresh, which is cool too.

The food itself was delicious. Both times we have ordered the create your own pasta dishes and they have always been excellent. They have a regular/small size and then a bigger size to choose from. They don’t have a designated kid’s menu, however you can order a side of pasta and that was enough for our picky eater toddler, however if you have an older child or one that needs a bigger option, the small size was a good portion.

The food itself tasted delicious and they had so many different sauces, seasonings, and add-ons. The focaccia is delicious and a must try! We haven’t tried yet, but they offer wine and they also have other bottled drinks you can order, as well. My We felt the prices were reasonable for what you get and what they offer, too.

The location is perfectly central in the village and offers you a great excuse to walk the village, pop in to the different shops, or stop for a dessert at Sweet Jenny’s, or take a stroll through Glen Park. Definitely...

Absolutely phenomenal! 10/10 highly recommend stopping by for some fresh pasta! The style is similar to five guys where you walk up look at the menu, order, customize as much as your heart desires with obviously a build your own pasta but also their specialty pasta dishes that are already crafted. I had their special which was a Buffalo Chicken Pasta and I hope it gets added to menu full time because WOW!! So good! Once you finish ordering you grab a table, and if you order the food for “here” then they bring it out to you in a beautiful displayed bowl! If anything is wrong with it I can tell they would 100% help remedy any issues as all of the staff was very kind and considerate. As it is more of a seat yourself, you don’t have a designated waiter or waitress so if they are super busy they might not come check on you but as soon as it slows down they have a little time so they check on everyone they can which in this type of restaurant setting I though was well above and beyond! For only being open 6 months, I thought they worked as a well oiled machine! Can’t wait to go back again!! Ooh and they have wine...
