Today June 16th, 2021 at approximately between 11:20am-11:30am I had one of the worst experiences I have EVER had in my life while working/picking up food from this location. I walk in and I proceed to look for my order and I was not able to find it, so I walk up to the front like I would any other day and ask this young girl with blonde hair in a pony tail and blue eyes “what is the wait time for this order number because I would prefer to wait in my car” She seems already upset by her body language and the way she rolled her eyes before I could even say hello or ask a simple question. She doesn’t say anything just proceeds to scroll down the screen and says “I don’t know” while rolling her eyes another time. ( which is weird because they always give an estimated time and most of the time the employees here are very kind and polite apologizing in advance in case it is not ready at that specific time) so I walk away and go to the bathroom I come back and ask her “can you please tell me how many orders are ahead of mine” (so I can estimate the time myself) She then rolls her eye again, scrolls through the screen aggressively. I asked her “what is your name” because I was going to thank her for taking time to help me and try to cheer her up because it reminded me when I was 19 and could not stand working at McDonald’s. She then walks past me saying nothing and goes to the table where all the food is grabs the bag comes back doesn’t look at me one time. I said “thank you, what is your name again?” she kinda drops/shoves the bag at me and says “I’m not telling you my name and your order was on the table” and walks away. Now at this point I’m done being nice because she seems to have something personal going on at home, which in my opinion should not interfere with how customers are treated at work. I felt very uncomfortable and shocked/confused on why this child is so angry. I then ask for a manager, because I have never in my life experienced anything like this while working. This young girl was so rude for no reason. I come to this location almost 3-4 times a week if not that more and have never had an issue other then waiting 20-40 minutes for food that should be ready at a certain time.. I felt so uncomfortable and just disrespected, my children do not even speak to me in the tone this young girl did. Not to mention I spoke with the manager who claimed her name is “Barbara” she was very rude and laughed at everything ( I have video to prove it) I simply asked for her to write her name and corporates number down and initials of the young girl because she refused to give me her name and she had staff yell at me to get out of the store ( which I have video to prove as well). It wasn’t until I had to literally break down into little pieces how I felt that she finally apologized. But still refused to write down corporates number and her name with the young girls initials. I can say there was ONE good employee who was VERY apologetic and came apologizing for her coworkers yelling at me to leave and the manager just shushed her. Read moreI am a door dasher && walked into this location at 2:45 pm this afternoon , upon arrival the front line was almost out the door & one other lady was standing over by online order pickup shelves. The shelves had no completed orders on them & the other lady had been waiting 15 min prior to when I walked in , after about 20 min of watching 2 girls by the takeout line doing nothing by chatting and doing everything else by takeout orders , she asked about her order to another girl to just find out it has been sitting in the back the whole time she was waiting , I politely still waited for the door das orders I was there to pick up , 35 min go by and few other walk in and wait by me , only than and after they cleared the front line did they start working on online / to go orders , to which they closed the front line , after about. 42 min wait I finally received my door dash orders I was there to get , one of my customers had asked if I could ask the store to add tortilla on the side because he forgot to do it , I was Ignorantly given the answer of there’s nothing they can do about it , & he would have to place another order & I would have to wait till they got through the 20 orders in front to give me tortilla , so I than asked what if I paid for it here and customer reimbursed me they said thatl work , few other door dashers were waiting awhile for their orders as well and we were all upset , one girl snapped at us that they were understaffed and if we can’t understand than she doesn’t know what to tell us , she proceeded to cash out the tortilla for me && ignorantly said I’m not doing cash for this , it has to be card , && I responded with that’s all I have && she said GOOD , I than proceeded to ask to talk with a manager and she and another girl yelled & claimed she was the manager . Terrible customer service , understaffed or not , I would of been a bit more understanding if the first 30 min I spent in the store the 2 girls on the takeout line weren’t doing everything but takeout orders . Read moreMy wife and I normally love getting Chipotle because it is consistently high-quality ingredients and well-portioned. Recently, we have been ordering through the app and our regular meals have just been getting worse.
First, the proportions of ingredients in the bowl are no longer consistent and overall you get much less of everything. Last night, our bowls were maybe half full. Neither of us was full or satisfied and normally we both have leftovers.
Second, they consistently forget to put the cup of salad dressing in the bag. After having gotten home without it a few times, now I need to look through the bag in the store to confirm it isn't there and then ask for one.
Third, they seemed very disorganized yesterday night. As I was going through my bag to check for the salad dressing (not there) I noticed an extra set of chips and some queso that we didn't order. Then, a worker came over and said they put something in my bag that wasn't supposed to be there and took them out. Not sure what happened to it since I had already touched the packaging for everything with my bare hands - not that I'm dirty or sick but in general I wouldn't want my food to have been handled by another customer.
Overall, 2/5 and my biggest complaint is the decreased portion size. Perhaps it would get better if we ordered at the counter. We won't be ordering from the app anymore unless...
