So, for My birthday, I went to K BBQ & Hotpot with a friend of mine for the first time ever. From the outside, the place would look like it was small from the inside but inside its pretty spacious. There's this cute little robot I show in the first slide who escorts you to your table and then you get there to your table and there's a grill on the inside of the table as well as like a stove thing for the Hotpot. The technology is amazing there's no other place like this that I know of in Buffalo, NY! In the front of the table like below you can change the temperature for the BBQ plate and for the Hotpot stove there are buttons as well to control the temperature. Moving on, so the price is $ 35.99 if you do korean bbq and Hotpot. My friend and I did both. Thank goodness we did our research because when I asked the waiter about it he couldn't give me a clear answer on the checks. Bubble tea is about $7 which is pricey but it's best to get the full experience here and don't be cheap and come here if you're on a budget of $30 lmao. There's a buffet area it's how the place is set up. One area is designated towards the BBQ. They have marinated beef, steak, chicken tenderloin, shrimp, pork belly, etc. And then they have the area designated towards the Hotpot. They have the little sausages, fish cakes, rice cakes, potatoes, horse radishes, shrimp with the eyes on it don't try it my friend says it's chalky and it has poop in it. They have the beef, lamb etc like the special kind that boils fast in the broth they give you a variety of broth to choose from when you first come to the table. Kimchi, spicy, pork bone, etc. But anywsy yeah there's different kind of noodles too, eggs, veggies. The table has cooking times for the Hotpot but I think the only correct thing on it is for the meats. Everything else for me was basically raw especially the egg and things like potatoes and horse radish. Do not trust the cooking times! And do research before you come here The bbq takes a decent amount of time to cook as well but it's a good experience. It tastes good after you cook it. They give you tongs too. I'd say my favorite part about this experience was the bbq it was fantastic! Will come again on occasion!

Would have been a good experience if they complied with ADA regulations! Upon 3 of us arriving, with one in a wheelchair, we were denied the privilege of being escorted to the table by the robot because the host said there was no room to go down the aisle with both the robot and the wheelchair! I didn't understand and the host allowed the robot to lead us with a warning to keep behind it. Then we were led to the booth in the farthest corner, as if to hide us. Again, I requested a table closer to the food and we were seated at a booth in another corner. There were absolutely NO tables in the restaurant and NO place for the wheelchair. The end of the booth is solid (no place to put legs under) and contained the controls for the cooking surfaces. My adult son had to transfer from his wheelchair onto the bench seat in order to be able to dine there. Once seated, he had to stay put, rather than go up to get his own food....because transferring over and over was not an option. We had to fold up the wheelchair to keep it out of the way in the narrow aisle. We also had to get our own forks and chop sticks while we saw other tables being given them when they were seated. We also had to ask for rice, while the server offered the other table rice automatically. Our table was not cleaned off often enough to give us room for eating. We were given the bill way before we were finished eating and well before our 90 minute time limit was up! We felt very disrespected, humiliated and awkward while dining there. We will not be going there again and I suggest no other wheelchair user attempt it either.

Me and my husband was celebrating our anniversary last night so we wanted something unique. We chose this restaurant to have some extraordinary experience but the service was really ruined our night. After almost 30 minutes of waiting a server pointed out to a table without saying what to do.not knowing what to do since it was our first time being in this restaurant vs.buffet , we went to pickup the food from the buffet.then a server came to us and in front of restaurant full of customers he embarrassed us by saying we should’ve waited to the table until he comes to the table and take the order. We explained what happened and he still kept on repeating the same thing. He never came back to check on us, neither any silverware or straws were given with the drinks. The embarrassment was continued. He didn’t even gave us the bill after we finished our meal. We waited and then went to the counter to see manager and then the server followed us and started arguing arrogantly in front of the manager. Manager stayed silent. Top of that one point My husband apologized to them but neither of them said sorry to us for such an inconvenient and ruining our special dinner. They offered free meal but we denied it because we wasn’t their to eat their food for free. We felt very humiliated and discriminated. This type of server and service is really not appropriated from such a restaurant . Definitely I will never go back to that restaurant and definitely will not...
